Why would ESPN put "Searching for Bobby Fischer" on there? Since when is chess a sport? I was under the impression that it took absolutely no athletic talent to play a board game.

I'm not sure if this has been brought up or not, but once the puck drops, these two cycle the puck so well, and are constantly moving, it doesn't really matter where they lined up. besides faceoffs they arent center and wing, they're two forwards. +/-, goals, assists, takeaways, and all that stuff don't have much to do with positions. I don't think we would see a difference if they switched spots.

That jersesy kicks ass, i'd buy it.

This was also in only 68 games. If he had played the full season he would've easliy reached 100 points, so there is no reason to think he couldn't do that again.

That really doesn't make any sense. He got 3.33% from 1/30, because there are 30 teams. So if you eliminate six, it becomes 1/ 24, not 1/5. 1/24=4.16%, therefore this theory states that we have a 4.16% chance, not 19.98%.

On ESPN Classic they are showing a marathon of Pro Beach Hockey. I haven't seen it in years. It's pretty funny because some of these guys out there are no good at hockey at all. There is a good hit every once in a while though. Plus ya gotta like the 2 point dome and the quarter pipe at the ends of the rink.

Im not tryin to be a jerk, becuase i completely agree with you on yzerman's qualities, but unless you can calculate defensive ability and leadership, Wayne Greztky would go first in a fantasy draft. However, if i were starting a team and i could pick anyone in the history of the NHL to build around, i would most definately pick Yzerman.
