I feel stupid having to listen to these John Madden type announcers. Everything is a penalty. -

Ah oh well, you'll just have to settle for a Hossa goal -

Dear Marian Hossa, It's been a long day of studying and I would really appreciate a free roast beef sandwich from Arby's. Thank You, Chris -
I trust all English pronunciation to Pavel You should too

Without Stanley is actually pretty cool, but not relevant anymore. Hockey Daddy is decent. The Zetterberg songs need to be destroyed.

What would happen if a player threw an octopus?
Louisville replied to Antilles328's topic in General
"To be perfectly honest I wouldn't want to have to explain to my 12-year-old daughter what he said," the commissioner said. I thought it was funny considering she entering that age when sex is starting to become an issue. Mr. Bettman, if you can't explain the term sloppy seconds to your daughter, I'm afraid she's going to have bigger problems then not knowing what it means. -
Could have it not gone better? Umberger destroyed, Commodore goes into the bench, and just when a hit is laid on Franzen and the crowd goes nuts, Zetterberg scores. The best was Hossa's reaction, the look he gave him was pretty much "Whoa, dude WTF"

see: Sean Avery punishment And Bettman would be offended as a parent -
Anyone got the online feed? I'm stuck at the library studying for finals... For that matter, any good websites with streams? Besides hockeywebcasts.com and ATDHE.net because I have those and they are sucking....
-
Nvm I found one. I'm with you on homework and playoff hockey, I have a final exam tomorrow.

Anyone have a working stream? I can't find one...hockeywebcasts and ATDHE failed me

Blue Jackets doing their homework for Wings -- literally

Sounds like some college classes I've taken. Study your ass off and still fail the test -
Some of you need to think before you press "post" Bettman says that Pittsburgh was once a struggling team and is now a competitive, well supported team. He doesn't even use the word model.

McGuire sucks

Babcock juggles his lines so much during a course of a game, who really knows what will stick. All I want, Lidstrom watching Nash like a hawk.
-
Actually, he let in 3 center ice goals in that cup run. Every round except the finals. Besides that, I do remember that shutout to win the series, he was amazing.

Biggest difference between '98 and '09? Vladimir Konstantinov Can't get much more motivation to win for somebody than that

Ya know, the Thrashers might just be on to something

Chicago has a Blue Ball crew too. I understand the concept of cheerleaders, but having half naked women run around waving and cleaning up ice? I don't even get it from a promotional stand point... Am I supposed to rub one out in between whistles or wait until the game is over? -
Let me preface by saying I like Johan Franzen, strong net presence, good defensively, etc etc etc But I gotta agree on the soft claim. Besides some good hits, the guy laughs in opposing players faces and just skates away. In the Calgary game, were he got "punched" ...he went down like a little *****. Not only was he asking for it, he went down like he was seriously hurt. Please Johan, I've seen better acting in an elementary school play. On top of that, I'm a bit worried about his long term health. John Buccigross brought this up in the playoffs that he is similar in style like Todd Bertuzzi of old, but that style of play comes with health consequences in the future. Hossa, the pure sniper, all the way

Edmonton for sure, it's more recent and we never got to settle that score. That series was particularly hard to swallow for me because I knew in the back of my mind that Yzerman was going to retire.

Also, Maltby's ball control is pretty good! I wish he was like that with the puck -
