Agreed. Let's not even begin to compare Hudler to Stall. That's stupid.
-
I'm not to worried about Homer, seems like the rest of the team is picking up the slack just fine.
-
I think they would benefit if he put them in the dog house once in awhile.
-
I vote for Jakob Kindl and Kyle Quincey. As much as I loved Feds back in the day, I would ony take him if we had limited options with UFA's and for peanuts compared to what he makes now.
-
Didn't know that about Iggy, thanks for sharing.
-
Posts like that only makes me appreciate our team even more. Thanks and good luck to you too (but not too much luck )

"Bulay Bulay Bulis" haha, that's great..
-
Yeah your right, my fault.

Saying that Hudler has "a chance to be one of those players that every organization covets," is pretty good praise in itself. There is nothing wrong with Babcock pointing out that Hudler should not get ahead of himself and needs to work hard to be effective in this league. I mean seriously now, do you really think Babcock just dislikes him and his style of play or could he just be trying to push him? A good coach would do the latter.

I'm pretty sure he was playing with either Zata or Datsyuk before they were reunited, which can have a lot to do with it. Plus, Cleary is an excellent two-way hockey player regardless.

Draper and Maltby have been playing together on the same line for a decade. That's a long time and a lot of playoffs to work with someone. Now I understand some of the arguments to scratch him, but I think Maltby brings more to the table than meets the eye. Don't mess with tenure, mmkay?

Maybe not in name, but without us fans there would be no Stanley Cup, just a bunch of weirdos with sticks hitting rubber.

"yeek yeek Whoop-Whoop we ain't playin' around. Make one false move, And Bert will take you down!"
-
Well that's certainly better news to a point. See HR? Kennys here to make it all better

Damn your statistics and reasonable logic! How dare you contend with the arguement of the greedy Russians!*#*@!! /sarcasm

I'm not to concerned about it either. Although, it does worry me that we are moving far past his original return date, as well as these quotes saying "Zeterberg's not confident in his return before the playoffs" and that he isn't even skating yet. Hopefully something good is happening behind the scenes we don't know about.

Also, as Mick pointed out, that first call against Arnott was bogus. You don't want calls like that being made if it's your team or not.
-
At least there is a story to it, and "good luck" came out of it as the Wings won the cup that year. Thats a great way to start tradition. It's not so much the catfish that bothers me, but as someone mentioned, why in the hell would you throw those catfish in a regular season game when your team is losing? And why five at once for that matter?
-
I know this is off topic, but man do I want to see a Zetterberg-Datsyuk-Bertuzzi line for a game or two. All three of those guys have pillow soft hands around the net, they'd just be unstoppable. Not to mention Bertuzzi's size and willingness to crash the net.
-
Yeah your right, who would want to win when you can cash your check all the way to the bizank?!
-
I just want to know why there was no slashing penalty on Dumont. Chelly's finger was bleeding and it was a nasty two hander, that should of been four minutes in my book. edit: btw, in the replay the ref was STANDING RIGHT F'ING THERE.

"FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STAY HEALTHY"

Yeah that's nuts. Hitchcock must not have much confidence in them right now..
-
Deep breaths HR, and please don't shoot the messager

From TSN, on last night game.. Waaaait a second...I thought the assumption was that he will be back before the playoffs, now he's not confident he will? I don't get it.
