Zetterberg says he will not play tomorrow

Dammit. -
were both crap....I know this is a really picky thing after a win, but both cost us goals. I was rewatching the game with my dad, and with the beauty of DVR I noticed Holmstrom's delay of game shot went off a Nashville players stick. Even more clearly was the second one (Stuart's), it CLEARY went off of a Nashville player's head before leaving the defensive zone. It's subtle, but if you slow it down it's clear as day that the puck changed direction. Holmstrom's was not as clear because of the angle of the replays, but it's still pretty obvious. Anybody else notice this? Ken and Mick said nothing, which was kind of suprising, in fact Ken said something to the effect "yeah he knows he did it." Do you guys think this should be reviewable on what should supposedly be a cut and dry call?
-
Fair enough, like you said it's not a huge deal. Both were the wrong call and both cost us a goal so I just thought it warranted discussion. I would really like to see a challenge type option for coaches in the future.

"Basically, we have to wake up.” Niklas Kronwall enough said.

Why would Ken have to leave FSN to do Versus occasionally? Eddie Olczyk still does Hawk games.

Usually every week fantasy hockey sites will tell you the amount of games teams have in a week, and obviously the more games your players have the better. I was wondering if anyone knows of a decent website that will show me the amount of games a team has in future weeks (like a week ahead) so I can better prepare my roster more in advance.. I play in an ESPN league and they're forecaster shows the amount of games in that current week, or possibly a fews days before the following week but that's not soon enough. It's annoying to look at NHL.com's schedule website and count games for each team, so does anyone know of a decent fantasy site with something like this?

This thread title tricked me..

Anyone know of a good site showing schedules?

Doe this not exist? -
Defense aside, I just don't understand what this team has against shooting early and often. So much unnecessary passing in the first period. Hudler was a prime example who made a terrible pass when he was open to shoot and then took a penalty when the play turned the other way. Let's not forget Mason played really great, very few rebounds given up especially when his team was scrambling.

I know we play them tonight but I thought this was hilarious...especially since it was posted by NHL Video.

Maltby to have jersey retired by Owen Sound Attack
Louisville replied to MacK_Attack's topic in General
Hahaha Mack your sig kills me. Good for Maltby, hope he sticks with the team in some role. -
I only agree with the trapezoid rule change, its stupid, adds nothing to the game, and as Scotty says it just leaves a defenceman open to get destroyed. Don't we have enough of that with touch icing? I really disagree with him on "the delay of game penalty on a player who shoots the puck out" left to the discretion of the ref. You are leaving yourself pretty open to angry fans in an already inconsistent league. Thoughts? Bob McKenzie TSN

Four (5) Changes Scotty Bowman Would Like To See
Louisville replied to Louisville's topic in General
Care to explain? The last thing this league needs is more rules that involve the ref making a subjective call, especially when it has to do with penalizing a team. How would it be any different than the intent to blow rule that people hate, and a refs call on how much contact is allowed on the goalie? You are opening a door to people screaming "bias". When it's mandatory nobody argues it and I think it happens enough to not be an issue at all. edit: sp -
Yeah...I definitely thought you meant 'posters' when I clicked on this. So I'll just go with the classic "I hate Crosby" thing.

Option C sir, they're just morons.

Joke of the day - Giguere willing to waive no trade clause
Louisville replied to RedWingsRox's topic in General
Are you just speculating? Because that would piss me off. -
I feel like theres some plan in place, why would Holland waste his time if he was just going to get picked up?
-
True that, but the fact that he starts off by yelling "LOVED IT" twice before the guy finished his sentence is just typical Milbury. But hey, I never take him seriously because he is the definition of FAIL when it comes to managing a hockey team. Him and McGuire are just clowns with gigs.

48.1 Illegal Check to the Head - A lateral OR blind side hit to an opponent where the head is targeted and/or the principle point of contact is not permitted. Campbell says it was a definite lateral hit, so I'm not sure what Calgary and it's dumb ass fans are arguing. Too bad it was an idiot 4th line scrub but hey, they're lineup is full of crap players. Have fun not making the playoffs.

Zetterberg questionable, Rafalski game-time decision
