I disagree. He should have made it a priority to shake hands and have the interview afterwards. I don't think he did it on purpose or meant to snub anybody but it shows a lack of judgement/immaturity on his part. He made a mistake. Fine, everybody makes mistakes. What bothers me is that he did nothing to make amends. A phone call the following week to Lids to apologize for the mistake would have gone a long way. But he followed up his mistake with a denial. I'm thinking that if the situation were reversed Nick would have apologized. As they say, it takes a big man to admit he was wrong. Evidently Sid isn't that guy.

Ok. I'll dispute that. They are the most hyped up two guys but according to TSN Ovie is the best player RIGHT NOW. Sid is 8th. So no, this is not indisputable. NBC has people brain washed even to the point of thinking that Ovie and Crosby are the 2 best players in the league.

Big difference. Cheli's team lost. I'm not excusing it but it's a hell of a lot easier to be a gracious winner than it is to be a gracious loser.

I just hope that Canada doesn't win becuase if they do we will never hear the end of it and of course all the praise will be about Crosby. No thanks. Anybody but Canada

No. Kronwall is the future defensive leader when Nick Sr. retires.

I'm with you. I will never forget that. I think it really bothers me because we had the better team and we had them beat when we were up 2-0 and then 3-2. To lose 4 out of 5 to those guys and game 7 at the Joe.... Wow that hurts.

You must be suicidal then. hahhahhaha GO GREEN!

I doubt that he will but Kenny will make it his choice. If he did stay, he would become a part time player and I doubt that he would be happy with that.

He is still shooting at 11.2% compared to last year when it was 7.4%. To give you and idea how bad that is it puts him a solid 131st in the league. No that's not a typo. One hundred and thirty first. Out of 138 shots on goal, 20 went in. You have to look beyond the headlines.

Flip at $3M = Hossa at $7.45M In last year's playoff. You know playoffs - when it counts

No. If we win and Calgary loses, we have the same record as Calgary but they have the tie breaker (most wins) so we are still in 9th.

2/11 - Against San Jose - Biggest Game of the Year to Date

What are you talking about. If you flip a coin 100 times and it comes up heads on every one of those flips what are the odds of it coming up heads on flip number 101? It's still 50%. Us beating them the first 3 times is irrelevant on Thursday. -

Chemistry. Plain and simple. The guys don't know from one night to the next who they will be playing with. Patience. -
Kronwall, Eaves OUT, Holmstrom questionable, Franzen, Miller IN

Thank God. I thought that I was the only optimist left. -
The neagitivity on LGW has reached an all time high. Guess what. We are 2 fricking points out of a playoff spot with 24 games to go and people are throwing in the towel. In case you haven't been watching, the teams in 7th and 8th place have also tanked. Both Calgary and Nashville have only won 3 out of their last 10. Oh and we get that Franzen guy back on Tuesday. But go ahead, throw in the towel. I just don't want to see you people back on the bandwagon in April.

People need to chill out. Yea they blew a 3 goal lead but it's not like they totally sucked. They completely outplayed the Kings in the 3rd period with the game tied and hit 2 posts within less than a minute. Either of those goes in and people on here aren't ready to give up on the team. Relax. We are a point out of the playoffs with 25 more games to go and we are getting back the Mule the next game. With all these guys coming back, it will take a little bit of time to get rolling. I am encouraged by what I saw in the 1st and 3rd periods. This team is MUCH better than it was a month ago. Dats and Z are on fire and Flip is really playing great. Patience....

Hahahahaha Good luck with that one. Chicago has a starting goalie who is 35th in the league in save percentage and a back-up goalie who is 14th They are the youngest team in the league 30th out of 30. They have a 19 year old captain and a coach that after 12 years in the league has never even been to a Cup Finals despite having coached teams with guys like Brett Hull and Wayne Gresky. Sounds like they should win the cup hahahahah

This league is SO STUPID that they actually put an ice hockey team in the desert and then when the team went backrupt they bought the assets with money from the legitament teams. Do you really think that those same league officials are smart enough to conspire against one team and rig the games as you stated and get away with it? Yea right. It is not rigged. It is just incompetance.

He has a .912 career regular season save percentage and a .915 playoff percentage. Almost the same. The last two years he had .890 and .907 which are not so great. He had 2 great playoff years, 2007 he was at .920 and 2004 he was .935. Conclusion - he's up and down.

How can you say he is dillusion when you say things like this? "it seems we never do well on these trips" Last trip we beat San Jose, Phoenix and Los Angeles and lost to Aneheim.
