It does. I'd say to not waste your time though... public drop-ins are fun for a quick exercise and a skate, but it doesn't have anything on playing a real game. Another question: What places do you guys like for roller hockey? I stopped playing in high school and haven't looked back until lately, but now I want to get back in. The only places that get any press or word-of-mouth are Dumars', that Wixom Total facility and West Bloomfield's US Blades... I want to find a good place to do a league.

haha, Sherwoods! Montreal was my pick back with wood, not necessarily pricey either. These are a couple of mine: CCM 952 Tacks, Easton synergy 750s. The skates have put up with seven years of abuse... and they've got perfect bend for directional movement out there, I've even redone the fastenings and replaced a pair of chassis on them. Once the palms go out on these synergies, it's gonna be up to these: Bauer vapors, CCMs, Eagles, Tours or Warriors (Totally can see the freedom of hand movement theme here, eh?) all in all, I gotta say, no two pieces matter to me more than your hands and feet. A guy I was skating with the other night mentioned his team picked him up some $650 CAD Eastons on their buck, and they're great - which is good, cos I've been curious about Eastons... I'll have to give them a look.

I like the analogy, but I don't like how that stacks one line and leaves us screwed on another. Just wait until some team figures out how to shut down the Eurotwin line. That doesn't ensure a win, but it sure helps the opposing coach's cause. note: Yes, we'd split them up at that point. But why wait? Babs said himself he had them practicing, preparing for having to in the playoffs, and that's good. I'd like to see it regular though and have them both lead their own lines.

It's true that being on a better team can make a guy pick itheir dragging butt off the ground. If he's half-assed his whole career though, that's still pretty damn poor work ethic, loser teams or not. I don't care if you haven't played on contending teams, for your own sake at least put out an effort. I haven't followed Yashin much so... I'm taking it on people's word that he really is that much of a "has never given what's expected" kind of player. I haven't researched his media quotes lately either, but the sound of the tale doesn't look too good on top of that.

It wasn't even until the end that you stumbled across one of the things that he said in the first place... last season, Lang was the better player. Which is true. There were no contradictions on anything he put out there. I just had my first ekg today, hello heart! And talking with doctors and listening to them is SO awesome! That's not sarcastic either. It makes me want to have all that knowledge.

uh... I don't even see how that's funny ^ It definitely makes sense for the market next year, I get why Kenny only wanted to try one year for safety reasons and that combined. I just wish he'd have tried a second year club option or the whole two. Between Buffalo and the Devils getting their rosters flushed, I think the Rangers could pull a 4 seed. That's tops. NY better bank on Drury continuing like he has the past two years and Gomez like he was last season, because Drury's seriously the only guy who's put up reliable reg season digits. Gomez isn't that hot a signing at all.

Dats? Hank hit thirty-nine the year before, he was on pace for 40+ last year easy, he'll do it again. He won't hit 50... a low 40 number is his if he's injury-free. For some reason I think that Dats -should- be the goalscorer of the two, but I don't think he'll break thirty this year.
