Good for him. Because we all know he doesn't have much of a future in the music industry.

TSN Too bad there's nobody worth picking in this year's draft.
-
Lilja's got the Conn Smythe in the bag. I just know it.
-
The Blackhawks need a scorer so they'll likely pick Kane. 145 points in 58 games last year. Too bad he's smaller than Hudler.
-
This year's draft features some good players, but not any slam dunk first picks like Thornton, Crosby or Ovechkin.

McCarty was out of the lineup for almost 4 months before Sunday's game with a sports hernia. His season stats are 0 goals and 0 assists. Talk about playing a long shot.

NHL Playoff teams are re-seeded after each round. Any upsets and your playoff tree turns into a tangled bush.

Lerg was fantastic in goal. He's my MVP. And Abdelkader pounds home the game winner with only 18.9 seconds left. He's Detroit property so we might get to see him in a Red Wings sweater in a few years. National Champions, baby.

I was sooooo pissed when Comley put the Sprague line out there to start the game and they promply gave up two goals. Comley scrapped that plan in a hurry and the Spartans clawed their way back into it. Sprague and company redeemed themselves by scoring the go ahead goal in the third, but I am going to have a stroke if that lines starts against BC. Championship is on ESPN at 7pm, Saturday. BC also got crushed by ND 7-1 back in October. On the other hand, BC beat Wisconsin twice this year. MSU got shut out against the Badgers.

I don't go to the movies either.

A backup goalie with a 10-3-5 record, .907 svp, 2.4 gaa plus two key wins against Nashville last month. Yeah, he sucks. :nonono:

Thanks. I'm still on the fence about tickets but at least I know I have an option.

Another Habs fan here. Koivu deserves it.

Is this at all Macy's or just in the Detroit area? I'm in GR.

Huh??? Tonight isn't the last game. The Red Wings have a home game against Chicago on Saturday.

Detroit met the Flames in the second round in 2004. The last time we met the Flames in the first round was 1978 when the Flames played in Atlanta. Detroit swept 2-0.

I see Koci is playing. I bet he gets more penalty minutes than ice time.

Don't forget the surcharge and delivery fees. I checked ticketmaster when tickets first went on sale and reserved a pair of SRO, but I let them go when I saw the price. It was almost as much as a car payment. Probably more after adding in parking and a couple of beers at the game.

I think the last time Detroit lost to the Blackhawks in regluation was December 28, 2003. Detroit is something like 14-0-1 against Chicago since then. With back to back games against Chicago and one point to clinch I think the division race is over. But you know it would make Chicago's season (it would probably make their decade) if they could knock Detroit out of first. I expect a lot of effort from them over the next two games.
