Score should be 4-1 Chicago. Jimmy been real strong. Wings snuck one in. Chicago came right back and linesman missed an offside leading to Chicago goal. -

Im pretty sure Ive heard that Mickey got his drinking under control due to health. I felt it was more due to the really long stetch with no wihistles and up and down skating.

Hopefully hes learned that he has a fraction of a second to make a play compared to the NHL. That was his biggest issue his first games this season.

The teams play was more of a factor in those wins than Mrazek was. In the time Jimmy was gone the team scored less than 3 goals three times and lost all of those games. Mrazeks play in general was very bipolar. Dont forget in those games he was pulled 3 times. Translate that into a 7 game series and thats two games your goaltender is pulled. -

Wings played well but Carey Price is just to good. His play and Kronner's huge one man screen decided the game. I dont know the exact record off hand but it seems the Wings record against the top eastern teams is not good at all. -
While being great players neither are in that echelon of the others who had there numbers retired. They are like Shanny only Shanny has 3 cups. Just because they are the best players of this generation of Wings doesnt mean they are all time greats.

No kidding. We were walking in thinking how nice it is to be able to walk in the concourse without getting squished.

Moved to Phoenix a month ago. Glad the Wings were out here so soon. It's amazing how many Wings jerseys there are compared to Coyotes. A Yotes fan a couple rows back has been complaining about it since we sat down.
