He hasnt been invisible. I remember him getting destroyed behind the Avs net one time. Dans fine. He may not be scoring but atleast he is playing sound defence.
-
Ehh the Ottawa series should only count as 1 win. That team was BAD
-
Damn right. Im pumped for tonights game.
-
I dunno. Dats really seemed to have a more ornery side to him. Granted thats not to say he was out there McSorley home run swinging people but he was a little rougher this year. In a smart not to get a penalty way.

Babcock beats down Tony Granato then the Wings beat down Colorado

Predators Extend Coaching Staff's Contracts
GoalieManPat replied to NeverForgetMac25's topic in General
With what the staff did to get that group into the playoffs after having the team dismantled they deserve it. -
Ehh were from Michigan....we have no money here to spend in Tennessee lol And don't take Chelios to serious with his interviews. He is old enough to be that crazy grandfather that everyone has who's mind is starting to go. Seriously though I think he just likes to have fun for local fans and get them to hate him. Makes him play better. Everyone ribs him about his age so he gives a little back with a ribbing about the local area.

You have to remember that a trainer can mostly only diagnose based on what the player tells him. This is the playoffs and no player wants to sit out unless they 100% are physically unable to. Ive had multiple concussions from soccer and if I would do whatever I could to continue playing. Arnott goes to the bench and says "I got my bell rung but I'll be ok" the trainer is going to take his word for it. The issue is not so much the league handling it its the players reporting proper symptoms.

Ehh I'm sure they wouldn't have hurt you. They probably would have just surrounded you and blew those damn train whistles in your face.

Let me preface this by saying I have no kids so I have no clue on how it is to be a parent in this situation. My take is though your kids will hear this language at some point in there life. If it is something you are really uncomfortable about them hearing atleast it would be with you right there to make sure they understand its not something they are to be saying.

Hasek thread #500 since Wednesday

Ehh its not so much a Philly fan thing. You put alcohol and a sporting event and a large amount of fans together and its what you get. I remember being at the Yankees-Tigers playoff clincher a couple years back and the whole crowd would chant "GayRod" when Alex Rodriguez would come out. Really I have no problem with fans chanting something. Theres no violence which is the big thing just fans razzing an opposing player.
-
I think Chelly is trying to mess with the Predneck fans. He wants them to keep chanting he is a baby to piss him off while hes on ice.
-
It happened alot in the offensive zone. It seemed a bunch of times the wing along hte boards kept trying to get a jump early thus forcing them to toss Drapes.
-
Lol yet again Os you win the day.
-
Lol OsGod is the winner of the day.
-
He was trying to do something to help fire the team up. Its what you expect a veteran to do.
-
Lets ask Tony Granato
-
Wings in 6. A little adversity is great early to knock the fair weathers off the bandwagon. More party beers for the loyal fans.

I havnt read the whole thread just commenting on the moronicness of the original poster. I was at game 1 and that place was jumping. Unless you actually get off your couch and go to a game your post is nothing but bulls***.

If we lose this series, will Holland be fired?
GoalieManPat replied to ShanahanMan's topic in General
Haha how do you know that Hollands job is easy? Are you one of his secretaries outing him or something? 2 losses and everyone hits the panick button. Guess what, Nashville won 2 games at home. That is what a tough home team does. Holland is one of the best GM's in the league. A fact pointed out more than once by his peers in the league who have more knowledge in there thumb regarding the business of hockey than any of you have in your whole body.
