Hey Auxepli, as a resident of MN, I have seen many Wings games at the Excel, great place to watch hockey not a bad seat in the house. By the way there restaurant inside is amazing, great food. To bad my aunt and uncle have box seats against the Wings, but they did not invite me, I am pissed. Oh well. Guess I get watch it on the tube.

I think this is a dumb move by the org. I understand all the oh well there a better players in front of him, but come on serious, Kopecky, Ellis, Drake. Sorry these three just do not cut it for me, there is a reason that they are on the fourth line. Granted so is Downey but he has more grit than any of these players. He reminds me of Cleary in a way but without all the goals. I hope to have him come playoff time because I think he can add a dimension to this team in the playoffs. Well hopefully free agency Mr. Holland can show his supremcy. Just disapointed it had to be Downey. GO WINGS

First, yes the thought of Vinny putting on the Wings jersey would be a thing of beauty. But guess what kids it is not gonna happen. Nor would I trade Datsyuk or Zetts that is just plain stupid. Zetts and Datsyuk compliment each other so well. If you want some one from tampa that might not take as much, think of Marty St. Louis. Like many of you said if itsnt broke dont fix it. It's been a while since I last posted, I dont understand some of you. If Forskin is finally healthy with his ankle and stuff, you would not want to add him to your roster? I think this what makes Holland look like a genius that he is, he always knows the inside scoop wether players are healthy or not. If Mr. Floppa is available I say grab him. Teams are fearing us now think what happens when we put in Forsberg. Think of the never ending line combos. I say do it if he has a great weekend in Sweeden. Bring him on the Sweedish Wings. So you are saying we should get a bunch of selfish players who dont work hard, and just care about the paycheck, that will make a great PP? I do I have played hockey for 19 years and still playing. I play every sunday with the guys from the league I play in here in MN. I also play during the winters and fall in my league, love every minute we are called the Head Hunters. We play for HNA league. Love my hockey.

Remember people defence wins championships, you think the Rags are gonna win the cup because they have all the big name forwards NO. I would much rather have Markov on the D then add some big named forward, dont get me wron we need the scoring but that wasnt our problem in the playoffs. The more Depth at D the better chance we have if some one goes down. GO WINGS

I hate to say it but some of you need to get over the whole rivalary thing, its over and done with. I hate to say it but when the deadline came I really wanted Forsberg, if he can get his s*** straight and I mean with his foot, comes back 100% healthy, you have to sign him. He is exactly what we need, he can score, hes big and has some GRIT to him. I for one would love the top two lines. A Forsberg- Datsyuk- Holmstrom line or a Zetterberg Forsberg Holmstrom many possibilities. Bring on the flopper, and he would come cheaper than your boy Yashin. But again only if he's healthy.

I guess some people have no sence of humor. Also I just stated that these are the players the Wings should look at. Not saying there gonna get any of them, but those are the players I like. I know its only Tuesday, but sounds like somebody's got a case of the Mondays.

The Wings only need to sign three UFA's Lidstrom, Draper and Cleary. The rest let go, extend Zetts contract. My wish list for next season UFA's go as followed. 1. I am from Minny so Brian Rolston baby. 2. Marian Hossa- need I say more. 3. Heatly- again need I say more. 4. Kipper take Hasek spot I know let Howard play sorry he wont be leading us to the cup by himself have him be back up to Kipper. For Defence 1. Brian Campbell- not big but great defencive. 2. Liles 3. Sorry if the spelling is incorrect, but looks like the Devs nabbed Vitaly for three yrs according to Ek. Says E5. No official word on TSN.ca can anyone confirm this. Vitaly is one guy I truely wanted especially for the departure of Markov. He's nasty, hits and is good denfencive. He would be great with Drake. Oh well another quality D gone. GOD KENNY I HATE YOU.
