that was a monster save by Vokoun... laying on the ground, gets his blocker hand out to make a save.
-

Calder keeps his wings points streak going

Shneids hits 200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Langer baby!!
-
another post... and somehow the refs miss a trip on pavs seconds after.

his name is KronWall, not Kronvall. The error was in his travel visa when he came over from Sweden, they misspelled his name. Therefor the nhl was forced to use the name on the visa, which was Kronvall. But rest assured his name is spelled, and pronounced with a W.

Flip - Datsyuk - Rex Calder - Lang - Mule Maltby - Drapes - Booter Langfeld - Ellis - Hussey Hope Huds gets a shot with Pavs and Flip... show his worth when playing big minutes on the number one line. Considering half of our team is hurt... those arn't terrible lines.

No offense taken. Went out for Halloween as a '70s porn star a couple of years ago, so i guess i must of looked the part if it reminded you of Ron Jeremy.
-
ahaha yes, it is me... and ol' Ron is doing well. He's a huge wings fan as well. =)
-
ok willy.. i was happy for you on your first goal.. now you're pushing it.

Khabibulin robbed Lidstrom of his 200th! but a big juicy rebound for Homer!
-
The MULE! assisted by Calder!
-
Homer's 150th career goal. Congrats Homer!

CALDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Datsyuk - Zetterberg - Homer Calder - Lang - Bertuzzi Mule - Drapes - Maltby Cleary - Flip - Sammy/Rex Now if playing with Bertuzzi and Calder dosn't get Langer out of his funk, we may have to break up our top line. Remember last year, when anyone would go on a cold streak, Babcock would throw them on a line with Z, and the player would pick up his play significantly. That being said: Lang - Z - Homer Calder - Datsyuk - Bertuzzi Mule - Drapes - Maltby Cleary - Flip - Sammy/Rex I think both sets of lines could work. Preferably, I would like to keep the line of Pavs/Z/Homer together, so hopefully Lang wakes up.

Hey guys, I was just watching TSN, and Bob Mckenzie believes Big Bert will be traded before the trade deadline, to either Detroit, NY, or Anaheim. Also, important to note, he figures it will more then likely be a "soft deal" due to the fact that he hasn't played since October. Deal could include "A mid to low prospect or roster player, and a mid round pick".

Just an observation, Calder wore #19 in Philly... Sorry Kyle, but that wont happen in Detroit. lol Any guesses on what number he'll wear here?

Assets: Provides his team with a bundle of energy every shift. Has a propensity to step it up in key situations. Can play effectively at any forward position. Is developing his offensive game. Flaws: Needs to bulk up in order to survive playing an in-your-face style at the NHL level. May have already topped out his offensive production. Career potential: Top six winger. I'd be extremely surprised if we were able to sign Dats for anything lower than $6 million a year. Reason being, his agent knows that a number of other teams would gladly fork over that kind of money for his services. That being said, I would love to see Pavel back here for $6M a year. Sure he didn't perform in last years playoffs, but he wasn't 100% either. And in past playoffs, he was never considered one of our go to guys, hense didn't get prime minutes. So before we go and label him a playoff bust, let's give him at least an other chance. =)
