ok, well i got my order in today.... almost. i had ordered 3jerseys originally. 1 - Zetterberg (for me) 1 - winter classic Crosby (for my brother's xmas gift) 1 - jeter pin stripe jersey (buddy xmas gift) Of course, as we all know, they ran out of Z and Crosby jerseys, and i didn't want a Chelios, or a regular pens jersey, so I switched my order to: 1 Home red sox jersey (matsuzaka) 1 Road rex sox jersey (pappelbon) 1 Alternate red sox jersey (ortiz) 1 jeter pin stripe My brother is also a huge red sox fan, so i plan on giving him 3 red sox jerseys for xmas instead of the one Pens jersey. Now this created alot of confusion with our friends over at lightinthebox... I believe this is the reason it took them so long to package and ship my order. In any event, they assured me last week, that it would be shipped and I would recieve it this week... and I did... almost. lol I opened the package, and turns out I'm 2 jerseys short. I got my Jeter jersey, and my red sox home jersey... but it wasn't matsuzaka, they put ortiz on it instead. Both jerseys look awesome by the way, I'm extremely pleased with the product, just not with the service... I did the whole live chat for the 20th time, and they told me the other two jerseys didn't pass inspection, therfore haven't been shipped yet. The gentleman i spoke with told me it would take up to 10 days to ship the remainder of my items. I dont really need them until xmas, so that's fine really... I'll be happy if i get them by the end of the month. Anyways, The yankees jerseys seems nicer to me... feels like higher quality as well. Plus it came with two shoulder patches (all star game patch, and yankee stadium patch) If they dont ship my other itmes within the 10 days they promised me, they said i'd get a partial refund, and I'd still still get my items. I'll keep you all posted.

Just finnished a nice little chat with our friends over at lightinthebox... enjoy. Just for the record, about a week and a half ago i threatened to cancel my order and demand a refund like others had succesfully done... that got me nowhere. I still have my doubts that it will be shipped within 72 hours, but at least now if it isn't, i will get a partial refund. I will keep you all posted.

i just gave them a 24 hour deadline to have my order shipped by, or i would cancel, and demand a refund. "we will do our best to rush your order, please be patient." The cancellation is probably just an empty threat, but i am getting fed up with this site. Hopefully they take it seriously and ship my friggin' order already. I'll keep you all posted, i'll check in with them within 24 hours. (edit: spelling)

Placed my order Sept 24th... It hasn't even been shipped yet. Customer service is brutal, real hard to get any answers if something goes wrong. As for the merchadise itself, I couldn't tell you, as stated earlier, I have yet to recieve my items. But the rest of the board seems content with their orders. Here's hoping I will be too.

Hey Opie, just wondering which red sox jersey you got? I'm thinking of getting the 3rd alternate red jersey... but afraid it wont be stitched on lettering. Also, I'm having a ***** of a time getting any response whatsoever from these guys... Anyone else finding it difficult to get any answers? All i want to know is when (if ever) they think they may have the zetterberg jersey (and Crosby winter classic jersey[x-mas gift for my pens-fan brother]) back in stock.

I believe Conklin was brought in to keep him on his toes, however, since the Hossa signing, Howard is destined to play out an other year in Grand Rapids. Not because of lack of skill, or poor conditioning/work ethic, but because of possible salary cap issues. Conklin will be the backup all year, barring injuries. I know we say and hear this every year, but... NEXT YEAR will be Howard's shot at a regular gig in the NHL (hopefully).

This more than likely means another year in GR for Howard (so his salary doesn't count against our cap), which is a bit disapointing, but once i see Hossa in red and white, i'll get over it. As for our line-up, I think alot of poeple are counting Leino out... he didn't sign with us to play in GR, he'll get every opportunity to play with the big club, and if he's as good as people say, I'm guessing he'll earn his spot. Zetterberg - Datsyuk - Homer Mule - Flip - Hossa Huds - Leino- Cleary Kopy - Draper - Sammy Mac/Matlby/Downey/Helm (thinking he'll stay in GR too since he wont have to clear waivers) Lids - Raf Kronner - Stuart Lilja - Lebda Chelios/Meech/Quincey Ozzie Ty * if we're down a goal late, Z - D - Hossa together to get us a quick one. Sick.

Glad we signed Stuart when we did. Talk about over-paying for a player. This will surely inflate the asking price for other defensemen.

$3.5-million a season for a player who doesn't even have 100 nhl games under his belt.
