Just listened to Naslund's comments on the Vancouver radio....not that I care for or about him, but was just doing his job as a captin pointing not only his concerns but the whole teams concern.... I really think that his statements were just his method of motivation... I suspect the Canucks will have a good game tonight...I hope we are not taking them lightly...remember, the Canucks are the only team (that played at the Joe) that Detroit did not beat at home last year and actually took the season series...

Listening to the radio out here the Canucks are really up for this game....they seem to think that playing well and possibly beating the Wings will be the catalyst to overcome their slow start.....I hope the Wings don't take them lightly....I don't think they will..... 4-2 Detroit.... Rafalski, Zet and Datsfor 2 for the Canucks.... Salo and Morrison GO WINGS!!!

I understand and agree now....I also would like to see some of the more physicaI types in the line up, particularily when Dom, Holms, Zets, and Dats get ran like in last year's playoffs.... Only reason I was questioning is that I just get dumbfounded when I think people are not seeing how good of a team and organization we have here. Finding a perfect mix of fire-brand and finese hockey would be every teams goal....I don't think the Wings are far off the perfect model club....of course there are tweaks to be made but at what expense.....I guess that's the bottom line and why we are lucky to have Kenny at the helm!

Agree with most of what you are typing, but wondering why you think there needs to be a turn around in this team's make up?? Also, Bert never got going because he was injured and never has been or will be the player that had his few good years....had zero to do with the Euro factors you imply...

I've been trying different stuff and finally called into the help desk....basically they say my Norton 360 is blocking me...but it is not....it is a problem on their end that keeps poping up the login screen all the time and never letting me log on....really sucks as I would really like to test drive this and see if I would invest in it....

No doubt! I was looking for tickets to the Oct 28 game out here...sold out of course and at a premium becuase its Detroit in town. Prices on Craigslist aroud $150 to $200 for section 310 (upper deck nosebleeds!) It makes me sick the gouge out here and the give away at home in Detroit! Equally sick is the lack of support......we have a great team on the ice, cheap tickets, defending Cup champs in town, a full bloom rivalry with Anaheim....and the home opener is not sold out....disgusting and shameful!
