I would say more than a handful of these players have detroit in their top 3 destination list, but it almost seems like Detroit is so picky when it comes to signing players. Thats a good thing in my opinion. Signing for the sake of signing is not what Kenny H does. I applaud him for that.

Holland has gone to arbitration once in the past 10 years. The one player that went to arbitration was awarded a great deal of money and Holland traded him for Larionov. So Hudler sounds like a lock. And yes the f/a pool is full of players that will be overpaid or enforcers .. We have no need for either. I was hopeing Holland would bring up someone from in-house and it's looking that way.
