What a joke. Leave the damn cap alone. No wonder Ericcsons contract is so inflated. The asking price for s*** players is going to sky rocket and so is the price to get a super star. -

Nashville did do a hell of a job boxing out players and forcing those perimeter shots. Haven't watched a minute of the PHO v NSH series, but my guess is that the Coyotes are getting to the net with the puck allot easier than we did.

Has anyone stopped and thought a second that it might not be the players, but rather those who prepare them for the game? You stick X player here and X player here you might squeeze a goal or two more in a SERIES, but really they have to ******* try and break into the box Nashville is placing in front of Rhinne / stop the late man coming into our own zone. If were up in this series does this thread even get made? I mean it would eventually, but not till July lol.

If Franzen didn't get suspended for clocking Montador at the end of that Hawks game I can't see how this is suspendable. -
I think you missed his point Nightfall. Playoff hockey is suffering from all the penalties and would benefit greatly if the refs would just let them play. Mickey said it best. "The refs are trying to make it to the Stanley Cup finals too."

I've been reading about the Wings possible signing this guy for weeks, but I never made the connection. Seems so obvious now. -
I asked my buddy why he wears his Blackhawks jersey to Griffins games and he says it's a great conversation tool haha. He knows full well the heckling that comes with it and it does happen frequently. It hasn't gotten out of hand though. It mostly just brings a smile to everyone's face including his own when standing in line to piss or grabbing a beer. You here the same old s***.
