That is a great idea, and next why don't they take goalies and refs out as well because they disturb the flow of the game, then it would be like watching the NBA on ice. Hands down probably the worst idea I've ever heard

I am the perfect reason why the NHL should try to get on ESPN or another major network. I started watching the wings games on ESPN in 2002, and fell in love with the sport and naturally continued to follow this team. So basically I am a bandwagon fan, but I won't be falling off the bandwagon .

Stories like that are what make hockey players so great. I hardly ever hear stories like that with any other sports. Players and organizations like this are reason why hockey will always be the one of the greatest sports, if not the greatest

Babcock did a great job. We lost two very key guys to our team before the season started, and not only did we go further in the playoff we were only two wins away from the finals. If we didn't have the injuries that we got in the playoffs I believe we would be playing in the finals. I hope we keep Babcock around for a while.

Personally I don't think we need him. He is a great player, but I think we would be better off with out him. I wouldn't oppose to getting him back, but I much rather see us use the young talent that we have or sign someone cheaper.

I thought he was great during this years playoffs. There were a few times where I thought he could have been better, but I am glad we have him locked up for the next 7 years. If we could go into the playoffs with both him and Zetterberg 100% I think they would be unstoppable.

If he doesn't retire I would love for Detroit to resign him, but if he does it wouldn't be a completely terrible thing. We have to break in Howard sometime.

I'll keep up with the scores, but I probably won't watch it unless there isnt much else on television. I just don't have much intrest in Ottawa or the Ducks

Great Season. Terrific Playoffs. We proved a lot of critics wrong by taking the West in the season, and going to the Conference Finals. The only thing that would make this season better would have been winning the Cup, but there is always next season . GO WINGS 2007-2008

The last period we put forth a great effort, and had so many great chances in the dying minutes I was literally shaking in nervousness for our tying goal, which never came. I am really looking forward to see what this team has in store for us in the next few years especially guys like Filppula, Hudler, Kopecky, Quincey, Zetterberg, and Datsyuk. I think we MIGHT have a dynasty on our hands for years to come with these guys. Can't wait until October

It has been a great season. Losing the players that we lost in the offseason and still manage to pull off first in the West and tie for first in the league, and going further in the playoffs than we have gone since 2002 . All I hope is that we don't resign Lang for another season.

Not having Schneider hurt us on the 5 on 3s, and the rest of the time we seemed to indecisive or to slow to make our move.

Memphis really pushed for the grizz. Then turn around and the FedEx Forum isn't even half full, and the ticket prices are relatively cheap for a professional sporting event. Most of the time when i hear advertisments for the grizz they are advertising the other team that is coming in to play. I guess most of it has to do with how bad downtown memphis is, except for beale street downtown is nasty

Take my word for it because i live 30 minutes out of memphis. Memphis doesnt really support the grizzlies. Most of the games come no where close to selling out, even when they made the playoffs.

I don't care for the Nashville announcers. It seems like they get off on the most off the wall topics, like one game I heard them talk about " a hill of beans " and " watered down beer. " And for some reason to me they always sound like they are full of themselves. It might be because i have to listen to them 8 times a year. Maybe it is just me, but i kind of find them annoying

I'd trade the highly overated Lidstrom. He sucks, and should be sent to the Minors. If preds fans want us to take them seriously they should really refrain from making comments like this. It is bad enough to have to listen to their announcers everytime we play them cause i live three hours from them and center ice considers them by location my home feed.

Thats awesome man. Where i am at i have no chance to have run into any Wings, but i could have met Scott Hartnell at a Riverkings game (CHL). I decided against that though, not much of a Preds fan.
