Only one goal by Nashville was scored on the PP... I just got back from the game and I must say that the refs were TERRIBLE for both teams. They made some absolutely ridiculous calls out there tonight.

This game should NOT be going to OT.... Nashville should have already won 4-2 (arguably 3-2).

I love how we are now known as the worst cheapshotting team in the league. I understand that you all have always hated Tooto and Hartnell, but Radulov? That kid doesn't have a mean bone in his body... I also love how people were saying that San Jose was going to manhandle us with their size...and we've completely dominated them physically. I'm not talking about the incidents with Hartnell and Radulov either. I've been rooting for the Wings (reluctantly) because it's nice to see the Central division do well. It would also be great to meet up with the Wings again this year. I figured you guys would have the same mindset, but I guess not.

Is there an echo in here? I really don't think Hartnell was trying to cheap shot Cheechoo. He was going for a big hit (in a game that was full of them from both sides) and Cheechoo sidestepped him. Unfortunately their knees collided... It would really be unfortunate if this series turned into a series of retaliation. Because the moment people start going after Kariya, either Weber, Hordichuk, or Tootoo will be putting a fist-sized hole in their face.

I'm not really sure why any of you think that San Jose is going to wax Nashville. Predators vs Sharks (Preds win 4-3) Sharks vs Predators (Sharks win 3-1) Predators vs Sharks (Preds win 5-0) Sharks vs Predators (Preds win 4-3) Nashville won the season series 3-1 with a goal differential of 14-9. I can't wait for a rematch of last year's first round. Even with Sullivan out, we are a COMPLETELY different team. With the addition of Arnott, Dumont, and Forsberg, look for the Preds to win this series in 6 games.

I also agree with those who believe that points shouldn't be awarded for losing. Being rewarded for losing will never make sense to me, I guess. But here is how this season would have looked without OT points. I'm predicting a Nashville win tonight. It was nice getting Tootoo back on Saturday and Nichol back tonight. Hartnell is set to return on Thursday, so that will be great as well. There is a chance Erat might be back for Game 1 of the playoffs, but I'm not holding my breath. The way the Predators are holding out on Sullivan makes me fear that he isn't lacing up again until October. Even if we do get our whole team back, I'm not sure if we've got the heart or desire to make a deep run. We look like a completely different team compared to the team I knew 3 months ago. I hope they prove me wrong.

It seemed as if Mason had been watching Vokoun too much during shootouts. Normally, I would take Mason over Vokoun in a shootout. Usually, Mason stays put and waits for the shooter to make a move, whereas Vokoun scares the s*** out of me everytime by coming out almost to the blueline. Mason should have played more like himself and less like Vokoun. f***.

Is Detroit's play making you guys worried about the playoffs in the same way that the Preds' is making me question their longevity? I haven't been able to see the Detroit game, but it looked like they were outplayed on paper in the first. Nashville came out s***ty in the first again Chicago, but looked better at about the halfway mark. If we continue playing this way, we're going to get bounced in the first round. Sorry, guys...but I'm the world's biggest Columbus fan tonight. Let's go Blue Jackets!

Exactly. Once Vanderbilt is out of contention, I'll root for any SEC team. Unless it's the University of Tennessee. I love to see them suffer.
