for what they'd end up having to pay Smyth, I'd take Bertuzzi as a discount with a healthy off-season to get back into the groove.. Bert will come at a discount this off-season. And he'll have something to prove. They might only get him for a year or two, but he could get 30 goals next year and no one would be surprised if he stays healthy.

I actually could see Drury in Columbus, simply to play with Rick Nash and get 80 assists on one line That said, with Hitchcock, Columbus won't be horrible forever. Chicago, on the other hand, will be and Nashville is going to take a tumble next year as well. My wishlist is for Detroit to get younger and faster on the ice this summer. And I wish they don't go overboard with the spending so that there is room for a move or 2 in the regular season.

Yea it could have been.... I think Game 6 was the ONLY game in the series that San Jose did not have a lead in at some point. That's crazy. Hopefully in this next series they won't spot Anaheim 2 goal leads. I don't think the Ducks will blow them like San Jose did.... -
