Someone should tell NBC that blatantly cheering for a team during a broadcast is detrimental to your viewership. But if they cared about viewership we wouldn't have to be putting up with Douchecanoe Pierre or Couldn't Cut it Olcyzk.

This team used to prevent other teams from getting good shots on net. They would stay in good position, force other teams to play along the boards and when they got down low everyone had a man and stuck to him. This team sucks in its positioning. It doesn't prevent shots. Teams can get whatever they want against them and always seem to be able to get the puck down low at will. I don't think it's a system issue at all - it's a player will and want issue. That's not to excuse Babcock's motivational issues (if any), but it does appear that this team is tuning him out a bit to me. But the players have to know they need to sacrifice to win games, especially in the playoffs.
