I think it's probably Mason doing it. He's probably the most busy goalie in the league when he's in net even when the puck is out of his zone. I've heard it before in the arena too - that's the only thing I can figure out. -

I kinda doubt they're trading Commodore and Huselius tomorrow Just saying - I think hitchcock has enough of a leash in columbus that they could remake the roster for next year right now and he'd be around to see it. That said, they're like 2-16-2 in their past 20 or something like that and they aren't even last in the West. Hot starts really can do wonders for you I guess. -

they'll flip the roster before they fire Hitchcock at this point IMO. Besides given their team age, essentially the only vet that's untouchable is Nash. The rest of them could be gone tomorrow if I'm reading the tea leaves correctly. -
great so a team that has had defensive issues is going to trade from an already thin roster for a guy who doesn't give a s*** about playing defense, checking or doing anything other than skating along the boards. I'll pass.

I mean we've NEVER seen this thread (or comments like mine) before..... Seriously, this team is wading through the troubled waters of an injury bug I've never seen a team go through before (not the number of injuries, but the injuries to seemingly all the big guns), so let's f*** that up and bring in guys like Jody Shelley and Steve Ott....that'll make the Wings SO much better. Not. -
any thread claiming what Mac did here to what Bert did in any way other than to say they aren't really equal is an automatic epic fail.

And here i was just about to say that when the defense finally starts to play well enough to win games with a minimum of offense, but the wings aren't even getting a minimum of offense right now...... The Olympic break can't get here soon enough.... -

yeah?? except had he gotten the puck off of the ice on the breakaway, this game MIGHT be tied. Never know, he probably hits the post instead..... Let's see here, me asking rhetorically if Bert ever gets the puck off of the ice OR someone quitting....yeah don't see a difference at all.... I see the same s*** with Buckeye fans.

Sure I can still say that.....what the hell?? They've had a lot of nights where it's not been their night....in the past they've been able to eventually come out of it. This team doesn't have the talent do it anymore.
