I don't quite know why you can give Leino a B+ for what is essentially potential only at this point. I'd give him an incomplete. He didn't really play enough to get a grade.

Which was why there was a Penguin on him immediately when he had the puck whereas when Hossa had the puck the Penguins let him stop himself.

Except Franzen did good things in the playoffs and was a threat to score in the finals. Hossa no-showed.

I guess I just don't understand how a team with this much veteran presence comes out flat like it did in game 6 and what we saw last night in game 7. Frustration, or something. Anyway, I think we are both agreed this team needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Or this could be the bookend to a great run. Either way..... There are a few things to look at here: 1. Ericcson is going to be a stud. 2. Helm and Abdelkader are going to be very good for the Wings. 3. This team WILL re-focus on the basics and fundamentals for next year. 4. Osgood is capable of winning the Stanley Cup. This allows the Wings time to grow a goalie. 5. No more Marian Hossa.

The laughs continue. And all I've said is Hossa isn't getting NEARLY the treatment even guys like Datsyuk got pre-2008 but you wouldn't possibly know that. And osgood was trashed all year long until the playoffs started and you seem to be ignoring that one too. But keep going, this is good for laughs. And you've completely missed my point. Hossa isn't getting anything NEAR what Hasek got in 2007, or Lang or even Datsyuk. You don't have a friggin clue what you are talking about and you are trying desperately to NOT make it look like you've been completely blown out of the water on this thread, because you have. But keep trying, I'm not tired and the laughs never stop when you post.
