Just wondering, when was the last time the Wings scored a goal with the goalie out? Honestly. Seriously. I can't remember. I'll admit to not being able to watch every Wings game but I don't think one happened this year or last. Anyone?

It tells me 3 things: 1. osgood gets the conn Smythe if the wings win. He's the only reason this game wasn't 10-1. 2. The Wings better bring it Friday night or Crysby could be skating with the Cup. Teams that win games they shouldn't (for whatever reason) sometimes find a way to win game 7s. 3. For all the vet leadership on this game, being flat tonight was completely unacceptable.

You DID see the power plays the Wings had AFTER Draper scored right? Why should I believe the Wings would have looked any better BEFORE that point??????

Despite the spate of missed calls, you saw the power plays and both of those were AFTER the Drapes goal. Neither one looked very sharp. The Pens won this game without help (unless you count the Wings looking very flat from the very beginning of the game which allowed a 2 goal lead to be built).....

Hossa played as s***ty as about every other player did not named Osgood. How do you know they won't lose. Hell last year and even to a point this year close-out games have been mortal locks. tonight looked horrible. Again I find myself glad that Pittsburgh couldn't win the Cup tonight. It's a recurrent nightmare that the Wings will play this horrible in a game that could eliminate them.
