so sammy aint coming back... looks like we have our new whipping boy (leino) -
tom kostopolus, would sign for the minimum would be a good fit on the 4th line. He can fight but he can also play a regular shift and chip in from time to time

helm is a lock too, downey wil be gone most likely, I say let sammy walk and who knows if lilja will even play again. Also I don't think leino could keep up that production during a whole season, he looked awful in the games he was in the playoffs

clutter buck could be awesome, would be an excellent replacment for kopecky but i'd really like to see quincey back from the kings, be a great insurance policy for lilja, but since quincey has turned into one of LA's best dmen not likely minny mkaes alot of sense cause hossa and gaborik want to play together

so if hossa cannot be resigned, and bomeester gets leopold and a third, what can wings get for hossa rights? maybe a cheap solid depth player and a 2nd, 3rd rounder in next years draft.. if wings cant keep hossa might as well try to get something for him. becuase ALOT of teams are going after him if he does not re-sign, im sure there is some teams that would love to have his rights to negotiate before july 1st

TSN is very reliable but unless someone from the wings told dreger datsyuk was out (which i doubt) then as far as I know he will decide after the pre game skate
