That is awesome, I will be driving down from London Dec 1st to watch the Wings and the Yotes at the Joe. I also enjoy the pre game skate because you can really get close to the players, and hopefully I can get an autograph or two AND Thank you for the great review of Cheli's Chili because I was planning on going there and it's good to hear that you liked it, im sure I will too. Always great to head down to the D and watch the Wings play, I usually make the trip once or twice a year, except this year I will see the Wings and Leafs in TO, already have my tickets for that one.

Good to hear Downey and Ellis making there way back into the lineup. Should be a fun game to watch tomorrow.

Thought I'd bring this thread back to life. Anyways going to the Joe for the Dec 1st game a against the Yotes and thinking about getting some grub and beers after the game to make the 1 1/2 drive home more enjoyable. I am so excited to go because I love Chili and the fact that it's Cheli's make it 10 times better. Anyways just want to know a little about the place just to know what to expect, such as atmosphere, prices, ect. Do you think it will be real busy after the game? any input would be good oh yea going to the downtown one.

Here's to Kopecky VS Sharp RD 2 :beerbuddy: GO WINGS!
-
the one million they will gain will not bring needawiener back. Probably looking for a replacement for Bert. I wanted the Wings to pull a deal for this guy all summer long and if we didn't have One of Dom or Ozzie we could get him for nothing. Some team is going to get a steal, he will be the next Kipper.
-
according to TSN Bryzgalov will be placed on waiver today at noon.
-
Cleary and one of our defensive prospects = YES!!!
-
Big Eyes - Kool Kieth
-
glad to know everyone is ok. This can't help the guys who don't even like flying in the first place.
-
I know this is not a trade but the yotes place josh gratton on waivers, could be a good roleplayer/fighter to have on the team next year as Downey most likely wont be with us next year, he may not even be with us for this whole year. the guy is only 25 and can go with the best of em, wouldn't mind having him on the 4th line next year with kopecky and whoever.

is the game on?
-
kinda strange how lilja just got scratched at the last minute. Assumed he would be playing tonight.
-
he definitley has some offensive skill check out this sweet shootout goal, don't like the crap he does after the goal but hey still a nice goal. Kopecky the hotdog
-
now thats the way kopecky has to play night in and night out. Keep up the good work Tomas !

I think it will be all good in the long run. Dats is shooting the puck tons more this year and they are eventually going to go in. He has hit the post on numerous occasions including last night, so eventually the pucks will start to bounce in his favor, I think he will still get his customary 25- 30 goals this season while pilling on a ton of assists.
-
now that last shift by kopecky is exactly what he needs to do alot more of, hit everything that moves.
-
thanks for the update. Good news indeed
-
I read it on spectors site too and he is pretty reliable. And it is now past noon some im guessing he cleared? anyone hear anything?
-
I would trade anyone on the wings for Vinny. He is the total package.

Eric Lindros, bust or biggest bust ever?
redwingfan19 replied to BringHomeTheCup!'s topic in General
I got no beef with Lindros, he was a force to be reckoned with at one time. He is defenitley not a bust though. The guy could flat out play, and was one of the most dominate players ever with his speed, size and strength. I think it's also great he is getting involved with the NHLPA he will do a great job im sure. It's also nice to see his generosity Giving 5 mill to the hospital in which I was also born in, pure class. -
well wherever he may end up I wish him the best. He did his job well while he was here. I really hope he can stick around for the year somehow.

I'm Hoping Wings take it 4-1 and Z keeps the streak alive.
