Would love to see the Winnipeg Jets back for the upcoming season. It would also be great to see a team back in Hartford. The best thing that could happen to the league is for Bettman to go and bring hockey back to traditional markets. Or, maybe Bettman will finally wake his ass up and move the Florida's, Atlanta's, Nashville's of the league back to Hartford, Quebec City, Hamilton, Winnipeg. It's just the right thing to do and would be the best thing that could happen to the NHL.

i'd like to see some more size on the back end. Let lilja, meech and lebda walk and let kindl, tollefsen and ericsson battle out for the 5th, 6th, 7th spots. Tollefsen plays a nasty game and ericsson and kindl both have size and mean streaks. I know ericsson was brutal at times but he has shown flashes of brilliance and im not ready to give up on him yet.

it's tough to think about because the bertuzzi on the third line experiment failed miserably during the regular season. Can't really see a helm/clear/bertuzzi third line. With hudler coming back it pretty much sets the top 6. Maybe if homer retire bert comes back but i dont see it happening. Just no room for him here. Id rather see gritty defensive guys with speed like eaves and helm on the third/fourth lines. fill/datsuyk/homer? does he come back? huds/z/mule i'd imagine thats what the top 6 will look like

i think eaves and bert will be back, but miller is the odd man out. Abdelkader will be full time next year.
