How do you define an amateur nowadays? I personally would have zero interest in the olympics if that happened.

I think the Canada's defense have been pretty slugish so far *cough* Pronger *cough* and they will have problem with the speedy russian forwards. I think if the Russian goalie can keep a reasonable level, the ruskies will win.

How would you have done the seeding yourself then? Should we just look at what teams are best on paper and make sure they can meet in the finals regardless of results in the group matches?

Too many games in too few days makes it a huge disadvantage for the team that goes to a long overtime. I'd be all for it in the final though.

Yeah, I agree that PÃ¥hlsson and Modin have been better than expected, but they aren't exactly offensive dynamos. Maybe ALL by himself was overstating it a bit, but you can clearly see the difference when he's got the puck and the other two on his line.

If you truly believe Zetterbergs image or hype as you call it, is anywhere near Crosby's, then you are really delusional.
