I understand how you feel. You love the Wings and it pains you to hear negative comments about the organization. However, this is a discussion board. Everyone comes away with different thoughts and feelings every game and this is a place to laud or criticize their efforts and decisions. No disrespect intended, but if you like the forum but can't take the negative with the positive, stick to the water cooler until February.

If I were you, I would stay outside of the actual city of Detroit. If you go north, once you cross 8 mile, you're out of the city. The suburbs get nicer the farther north you go (until you hit pontiac or Mt. clemens!, lol). No, the city around the Joe is not that dangerous, but I'm sure, as in any big city, there are neighborhoods outsiders just do not go. Stick to the main roads and heavy traffic areas and you should be just fine.

Pahleeeez. Check your self righteous attitude at the homepage. Excuse me for sharing info everyone else near there already knows. Anyone with more than innocent intentions would have no problem finding the information elsewhere. Besides, the first pic is of his subdivision's sign... there's only about 2 dozen homes in there, if you were looking for it, its pretty easy to spot it when they basically show a picture of his front door.
