The day before playoffs I take my beard down to the skin so I can grow a "fresh" one for the playoffs. Last couple of years I'll either spend the several hours before work and the game on the internet or watching a game from the 01-02 playoffs. Once the game starts, I must sit in the same seat I've sat in every year. When the Wings are on a penalty kill or powerplay, I must leave the room and not listen. (same ritual applied to Tigers playing defense in their Yankees series).

Thanks Matt. I brought this up in the CS forum last year. I'm not a saint or anything of the sort, but these forums always seemed populated by intelligent individuals who rarely had to resort to cursing. There's a time and place for everything. I think this will continue to make LGW the best forum on the net.

Does anyone know who will return Friday? I heard Chelios, Kronwall, and Rafalski, but the freep only mentionion Kronwall this morning. Also, has anyone heard if Cleary is skating? I know it was a jaw injury, but is there anything keeping him from no contact drills?

I agree. He may be kept out for a few games, but the injury itself did not look that bad. I noticed the way his leg bent immediately, but the way he reacted made me think concussion. Now, knowing there is no concussion, I'm sure hoping it is only precaution and he'll be back shortly.

I'm not really upset about the hat, it was $20 and I've got a story to tell. How is it their fault? I guess they're not responsible for the initial mistake in spelling, however, someone dropped the ball when they received the shipment of Zetterburg crapola.
