My buddy and I were talking Friday night and thought, in a very round-about way, that the 90's wings are kind of back. Strange. By no way do I mean to say that Zettergerg is as good as Stevie just that a slight relation is there.

Looks like Franzen is not resigning in Detroit. Eklund said last year that Hossa was an E5 to resign in Pittsburg...

Absolutely not. Most of them girls were kinda good looking in a trailer sort of way. I am not a great looking guy or a smooth talker but I could bag at least a majority of them women at the local watering hole. The look like the type that have zero issues with a one night stand...

I took what Holland said a little differantly. This is my perception... I think he said he is having difficulty signing Zetterberg. Short term? Long term? Money, players want to get paid. That to me is saying that Z wants more then Lids. Completely unacceptable in my opinion. Z should not make more then Dats and if he does only because we signed Dats 2 years ago and the cap was differant. I just think Z wants to much and the wings have options. I would love to keep Z but I would rather keep Hossa and Franzen. Idealy i would keep Hossa and Z but understand that is impossible. So that is just my take. Mr. Face of the Wings is thinking more Zetterberg and less Red Wings... Okay murder me....

Question 1: How many teams in the league? Your in desperate need for a goaltender. Check out the wire for a wvr wire steal. Anderson, Rinne, and some others are in the top ten goalies. Check it out. Your getting killed in goalie stats for sure. Look at what positions your heavy in and try for a trade. I have had to trade twice for goaltenders. Not the same league but still goalies are so f'n important. Iggy should score you a good goalie. Desperate times call for desperate measures...

I agree with you. I am not a huge Sid fan but at the same time we see so many asking for more old hockey. Good or bad that was old hockey! I am starting to wonder if some would get physically sick watching old games or if it is just because it is Sid the Kid... I remember last season I was super excited about Dats whoppin some Roberts ass and he had his gloves on. Not alot of complaints then. It is funny that he is punching him in the nuts!!!

I disagree. I think Forsberg wants to make an easy buck and has completely given up on the regular season. I don't see a man with drive, I see a coward afraid to make an honest living.

WOW!!! I am completely shocked. So they truly think the injuries and sloppy play from Turco was all Avery's fault. This has got to make Dallas look bad as an organization, right? I would be very excited about a Hudler for Turco or Kipper trade... Seriously though it is an impossible thought. Hudler is just not that valuable. I am not so sure he ever will be. To every GM in the league Huddles is a streaky 3rd liner with a top 6 in a pinch kinda guy...
