The great thing is, is that this is the first year for the Keeper league. So at this point noone has a keeper, they will decide who it is after the draft. Lets say you get first pick and with your first pick you take AO. Ofcourse he would be your keeper. Each team gets two keepers. What makes it more exciting is that next season you can actually trade picks for keepers. Possibly even this season, before the trade deadline you could trade players for picks. IE. If you were the last place team and out of the playoff's by the deadline you can really look to improve your team in the next year trading your stars for picks!

Hey I can speak for this league. It is legit, if any of you have played in my hockey league you would know we keep it real. The buy-in has been cut in half to $25. It is very traditional scoring with IDP's. If you have never played IDP you should try it it is fun. Alot of cool and active players in the league. Draft is tomorrow night!!! Give it a try!!! I know your considering it!!!

I started watching when my father took me to a game when I was pretty young. Then I got to be a teen and the only thing that mattered was Beer, Blunts and Boobs. While I still loved the winged wheel I never watched. Then I enlisted in the Army and was withdrawn. In 2002 though my friends got me back into it. Their excitment got me excited all the way from Kentucky so I bought center ice and there you have it. My friends that got me back into it actually are Hockeytown heroes themselves. I don't know how many of you remember but during the Playoff's against the Aves. A Denver radio station bought a billboard that had something to do with the priceless thing. Well Booster313 and another friend that does not frequent the LGW and has lost the faith for the tigers, spray painted over the sign with Aves Suck!!! Yeah they are heroes in my eyes!

I am still a supporter of Dmac but my heart will not be broken if he does not sign with the Wings. I totally agree with Booster on this and kind of think some of you are being a bit childish about this. If he wants to see if he can make more money then go for it, if he cannot then he has a home here. My feelings are not hurt. Ken Holland's feelings are not hurt, I don't know maybe he knows a thing or two about things.

I really want to do a keeper league. I have a pretty die hard league that is going into year 3. Maybe some of you played, Burnt Bisquits II. Anyhow I want to make it a keeper league but Yahoo! does not include the option. Please tell me how you guys do it!

I have to say I am a bit suprised. I did not think it was going to happen. Good for Downey. I am happy about it.

Something that has worked for me is the Cobo Roof. It is ten bucks and just a short walk to the entrance. No bus needed and it will sober you up a bit when it gets cold!

Man, I am probably one of the biggest Datsyuk Lackey's on this board. He did not deserve the con smyth. Hell the topic got me to reply! Damn it all.... Who created man? Datsyuk or Zetterberg? And what if Datsyuk and Zetterberg (through science) could give birth to a boy? OMG it would be the Christ on Ice...

About a month and a half ago I started to truly increase gym time. I was still gaining muscle but not losing fat. So I included about an hour to and hour and half of Cardio each day, plus I lift for about 1.5 to 2 hrs. I went from a bad 228 to 207 in about a month. Then I platued on weight lose, which started to frustrate me to no end. So I decided to take Hydroxicut Hardcore to boost through the plane. So far it has not worked on weight lose. I had a goal of under 200 by September. While my weight platued (so spelling that wrong) I still lost BF%. I went from 28% to 21% in about a month and a half. Unfortunatly I have hit yet another injury while slipping and sliding at my neice and nephews birthday yesterday and messed up my foot. Luckily no breaks but tendon damage is very possible. Go figure.

On LGW my friend you can be the best player in the world on minute and be getting death threats the next. It is a tough crowd to please.

Are you serious??? No you can't be. No one can possibly be this stupid in real life. Greedy fin player? He signed a 5 year deal that pays 3 per. Maybe, MAYBE this season is a slight overpayment but in 1-2 years this will be a steal. We did not really have an enforcer on the ice last Playoff's atleast not that did anything, hell Datsyuk and Zetterberg did more enforcing then Mac did. What happened last year? Same tired crap over and over and over...
