I think that Nashville is also a definite possibilty for first round opponents. Also you cannot really count out the Oils just yet although it is pretty slim. Nashville definitly has a real chance to be in the eighth seat though. I would prefer them over all the other options. Flakey goaltending and mediocre offense, they really can only roll one good Off line.

There is yet another game that even more so then last night these two teams are probably facing for the chance to gain the 8th seed. With both having the same points this could definitly make or break the players. Whuddya think? Oils or Yotes? I am still pulling for Yotes on this. Nightmares of a later times makes me fear the Oils in the Playoff's.

I absolutely can not stand the sight of Wayne friggin Greztky behind the bench of any team... Seriously one more losing season might push him to the office and stop pretending. The great thing about the Kings is that they have a talented group in the club. Goaltending is definitly the main issue to overcome this off-season. How they could or did not pick up Bryz off the wire is amazing. Also i don't feel they did all they could at the deadline. I predict no playoff's next year either, barring major improvements.

Telephone hearing for Pronger, BTW did you know that Simon had to show in person? So then wham a HUGE 8 game suspension and the fans of the NHL shrug thier shoulders and say well I would have liked more but 8 is better then nothing. If no one does not think this was planned from the start to be able to let Pronger play is nieve. Once again this ass bag gets over, once again Burke gets over, and once agian the dirty ass ducks get over. Did you know that the Ducks have over a hundred more PIM's then any other NHL team. 500 more then the lowest. Incredible disappointment. As fans we should not except this. As fans we deserve a fair league, as fans we deserve impartial punishment. We deserve better. We lost a player for games in the playoff's last year and could have been longer and he lost one games. TWICE.

It is not qouting you right. Like I said I have always had respect for your comments. I don't think you take our side everytime and actually your view would be less interesting if you did. I do think Giggy's pads are huge but so is 90% of the goalies in the NHL, I think Dipietro has been in trouble for illegal pads once or twice. I think Gigs is a good goaltender but I agree with Martin Broduer when he says that all pads should be cut down in size. I was not excited when Perry got injured, I like him as a player. I think Geztlaf is a great player and it still pisses me off that the ducks signed both Schnieder and Bertuzzi from us when I wanted both to stay. Again, apologies.

Hey as long as you agree it is just as bad we are good. This just makes me so angry, it really does. I cannot stand seeing the sport I love so much suffering from stupidity and favortism and racism. Certain teams with certain nationality or popularity get special priviliges. I apologize for calling names it was very childish. I truly just get so upset by this. I am considering not watching the sport anymore. With all the calls that the wings get and the lack of for other teams just crushes me.

I always thought you were a pretty knowledgable hockey fan and your post were suprisingly intelligent. All that is gone now. 1st and foremost how in the f*** is Simon's stomp any differant then Pronger's stomp. It was the same stomping motion. Go watch both video's side by side and tell me they both don't do the same exact thing. The only differance is Pronger felt like he did not get him good enough the first time. Your as big an idiot as the rest of the duck fans. Just a couple weeks ago all the duck fans were whinning and bitching that pronger got punched in the face with his broken jaw. The ducks are the dirtiest team on the ice. If anything happens to the ducks it is karma, I just find it funny that when it does you start crying for action. You know to be honest I am happy about it. It brings excitment to the game in other ways then stomping on people. I would like to see more players go a little crazy when they score.

This upsets so much. I am so tired of the bulls*** the NHL is putting forward. The league as a whole is unfair and plays favorites. I am not even sure what it is. I cannot blame Donger for the lack of suspension. If I could rob a bank and get away with it every time I would not stop robbing ******* banks! The league as a whole is broken. The penalties, calls, lack of observing. We can have goals scored of the net, stompers get suspended for thirty and others for much less. GM's like Burke treated like a golden child and abusing rules to thier favors but ridicule GM's like Lowe for using the rules to his advantage. I deepy love the sport of hockey, this reminds me of when a girlfriend cheats and you get the angry feeling in the pit of your stomach of betrayel and hatred. This is how I feel about the NHL right now. Complete and absolute disgust. Duck Guy, your a great guy, but if you stand behind your team and your captain after this I will be forced to lose a level of respect.
