If we are just going on this year alone.... I gotta agree with big "E" that Biron has been special this year. Also suprising is Gerber... I know crazy. OZ IDK if any of you have checked out The BJ's but Pascal has been a bit of a playmaker.

I really try not to make excuses for him. My friend and I had a very long discussion/arguement becuase he had excuse after excuse for Dom. My last defense was that bottom line Babs and the Front Office have to go with where the wins are.

I like that appluad yourself. Honestly I did not look at the differance from Ozzy and Lundqvist. Good POINT! Really. As far as talking out of my ass I don't hate Ozzy!!! I love Ozzy!!! I love Dom as well. I just do not agree that Ozzy is the soul reason for our record this season. Or the second soul reason

I think Dom had bad games, I definitly think that. I also think that some of those games it seemed the whole team was not up to their full potential. I can give a couple of reasons but you will probably throw so many objections to why Dom just sucks really bad. HELL I am not saying that Dom is the greatest. I am just saying the play on some games has not been that differant. Not really. What I was trying to say that out of Dom and Ozzy whoever brings the wins in is who I want to start. I could not careless who's name is on the back as long as the front is getting it done. If I could chose any goalie in the NHL it would not be either. It would be Lundqvist. Also what I am saying is that to say that ozzy has done all of it himself is ridiculous. Detroit has always made goaltenders look better in recent years. They are just that good of a team. But since your disecting what I say and giving it a fresh twist....

I agree we all are allowed our opinions. It just seems that way lately. I understand you may be as passionate about Ozzy as Puckloo and My very good friend are about dom.

All I am saying is that Ozzy...Or Dom has YET to save a game. Yet to have a GREAT game. Sorry. I am not sure if you can say I have not been paying attention, that is your opinion, but I have not missed a game. I definitly was not calling you a troll. There are some of the Ozzy Crave Fest that are doing nothing but trolling. Just to make it clear as I have in several other post. I don't really care who wins this "war" if you check out my sig you could see. I don't disagree that Ozzy is having a great season. I just disagree that he not the second coming. He is hot but on any other team in the NHL he would not look as good. IN DETROIT THE TEAM IN FRONT OF THE GOALIE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GOALIES SUCCESS. That is how good Detroit is and has been for a few years. I would prefer Lundqvist then either right now.

LOL. Only Zetterberg? The only reason that Ozzie does as well as he has is the team in front of him. There has not been ONE game stolen by either goaltender. I could not agree more Puckloo. Sorry that the Ozzy Trolls have to belittle everything you say. The fact of the matter is that the team in front of Ozzy makes Ozzy. Also with DOM. Again not a game stealer yet! OsGod, I like you but really! GIVE IT A REST! You have become nothing but a troll of late. Ozzy is not that great of a goaltender. He is having a GREAT year, sure. A great goaltender, I don't think so. Ozzy has not really picked up any slack at all. Dom has 5 losses. 3 of which is to Chicago. Which Ozzy could not beat either. Chi-town has our number. But if you take all the Windy games away it is 2 loses to 1. Just something to think about.

Obviously you are only looking at points and not sheer ability. You should watch him every once in a while. He HAS been producing all season. 19 Assists? Plus 8 goals? Pretty impressive even if you look at numbers. Watch him move

Our goalies are lucky that we have a great offense. Cuase if the opposing team gets anywhere over five shots they score, sometimes less They total shots for them is 10. They had a whopping 6 before a goal.

I qouted this becuase you put Leclaire with Roy, Brodeur and Sawchuck. Are thinking Pascal Leclaire? CUase that would be funny... I agree with you though that past accomplishments should not be rewarded with playing time. Past accomplishments is what gets you the job, You gotta play to those standards to keep it.

the bolts goaltending and defense is what is blowin it for them. Vinny and Co. are doing there job!

For those of you going to your first game in awhile I hope you all have a ton of fun. Don't be afraid to get the crowd rowdy, they will if someone leads them! Don't be afraid to do the goalie you suck chant. Classless maybe but it happens to us every where we go, and hell it is fun. As far as the game goes I am very excited to watch this one. I am encouraged to see how we react to a #1 line that is equal to ours. Lightning nearly got blanked last night so maybe we can shut them down too. GET WELL SOON WINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree! I don't think Dom should be pulled completely. I don't think I would want him to start against Vinny. Allow him to warm up on the improving yotes and gor from there. I am not a dom hater, or an Ozzy hater. When a teamn is clearly putting together the wins with one goalie I think that you should stick to that goalie. Bottom line it is about wins. Is it possible that Dom has not warranted a removal of his position or just that Ozzy has earned a chance at his? The best thing about Ozzy in net is he clearly learned alot from Hasek. That is one thing the Ozzy idiot nuttbags that are just on the bandwagon fail to realize. Watch Ozzy play and if anything else he is doing better becuase he plays like Dom. Just my thoughts...

Well Dom was offered contracts by both LA and Florida. Which he turned down becuase it was Detroit or retire for him. Both offers were more then what he is getting now. Something to say there about his character...
