After reading this I am very excited about this young man. Bringing a cutie like Duff around only makes him cooler. We could really use a guy like him now. I know he will be ready in a year or two but let's find a way to defend the likes of Lids, Z, and Raf. Howard can't do it all!

I remember that game. I wish I knew who it was too. I remember the feeling of hatred for the other team and anger that the Wings could not do anything. But I agree, you have to have an upside or it is null in today's game. The problem with May is he had zero upside. I love Carcillo but realize that is next to impossible. -
What you would get for Cleary via trade is far removed from the player that Clear Bear has been and is. It would not be worth it. Keep him.

Since the Sharks beat us pretty handidly and the still played better hockey against the Hawks then we did them I would venture to say we lose. Although I heard Kane poops himself everytime he plays the Wings and it is tough playing with squishy butt.

Your right it is a team effort but when you let in a softie it can deflate a team quick. Just look at the Wings for an example it happened to us a couple times. I am not saying Nabs is not a good goalie he just cannot make it happen on the big stage.

I could not disagree more. He let in at least one awful goal per game. He is a veteran goalie and goaltending like his will never win a Cup.

Considering playing in the AHL or the big time it is not at all odd to me. Playing with the wolves was just him advertising his skill set. All in all I am very happy for the Vet. As someone said above me this is exactly the kind of team I thought should have done this some time ago. Go Cheli!!!

I sure hope Ken does not make decisions based on personal opinions of Cali. I see him play at "that level" every day. Being the most consistent Wing on the team. Get over it, Bertuzzi has and I hope he stays.
