id still rather see cleary and especially filppulla be given a chance on the 2nd unit instead , thats just my opinion , i respect yours ..........i wouldnt mind seeing datsyuk and zetterberg sticking it out for 2 minutes though , and bring in lidstrom schneider and holmstrom on the 1st ppl unit and lebda bertuzzi filppula on the 2nd unit

your forgetting one thing .....vinny and st louis are in their 20's , schneider is almost 40.......i wouldnt mind if we kept zetterberg and datsyuk for a full 2 minutes on the ppl , but babcock would never do it

we also need calder to step it up , he's been invincible .......if he keeps playing like this i wouldnt want him back next year last thing we need is to keep signing guys who dissapear in the playoffs ........its too bad we didnt get roberts like i was hopeing for , i know most of you will be like omg not another 40 yr old but hes still in great shape and hes a playoff player, he still played awesome in the pens vs sens series

flames got lucky ..........refs are obviously biased ( id bet my money there all canadian ) ....... two 5 on 3's , our penallty killing sucks , if it wasnt for their powerplay goals the flames would be done ....sammy sucks , no way he should play next game .........calder has been playing like crap ......more filppula , and bring in hudler, zetterberg has been struggling , i think its time to split the 1st line cause except for those 2 shots by datyuk the line has done nothing offensivly , i think its pretty safe to say our best players have been .....bertuzzi , franzen , filppula , cleary and draper so we need to bring in the players that are struggling and mix it in with those guys ......maybe something like ... franzen datsyuk bertuzzi zetterberg lang hudler cleary draper maltby calder filppula holmstrom

does anyone else here think its too soon for bertuzzi to be playing on the powerplay ?? Sure his big body is needed for the team and his bodychecks and hits but his offensive side welll .......just stinks , and i dont blame him cause its almost 2 yrs he hasnt played hockey , but i think babcock is putting him in the powerplay based on his past , and i dont think we can afford to have both bertuzzi and samuelsson on the powerplay at the same time , id rather much have cleary in there who showed some offensive upside during the season ( no im not bringing him due to last night's 2 assists) , or bring back hudler for game 4 and put him in , put filppula and franzen in front of the net for the 2nd ppl unit , i dont know i just think babcock has some work to do
