On Saturday, Rangers ace blueliner Jakub Kindl leaves for the Czech Republic as he prepares to play in the world junior hockey championships in Sweden over Christmas.

Saginaw Spirit forward Jan Mursak has been selected to play in the 2007 IIHF World U-20 Championships with Team Slovenia. "We wish Jan the best of luck in helping his country at the World Juniors in Denmark", stated Spirit General Manager and Head Coach Bob Mancini.
