Henkka 0 Report post Posted July 5, 2007 http://blog.mlive.com/redwingsinsider/2007..._two_years.html Some info from MLive: Igor Grigorenko wasn't able to make it to the start of the prospects camp Thursday at Joe louis Arena because of problems securing his visa in Russia. They're hoping he can arrive Friday and be on the ice Saturday, but there's also a chance he might miss the whole camp, which ends on Wednesday. Some of the prospects participating include Jakub Kindl, Jan Mursak, Justin Abdelkader, Cory Emmerton and 2007 first-round pick Brendan Smith. The camp, however, is not open to the public. It would be nice to hear what's happening at the camp.

The guy is either going to make the team or he's done as an NHL prospect. This is a great experience for kids like Emmerton, Mursak and Smith who are a handful of years away from the NHL. As 18 year olds they need to know how to train and eat right and how to prepare like a pro. If Grigs isn't ready by now, a 3 day camp isn't going to help him.
