Louisville 112 Report post Posted October 2, 2008 Yeah, I don't understand all this Shark love every year. I think Dallas is way more equipped to challenge for the cup or the Western conference for that matter, especially if their D stays healthy. They always seem to be on our backs in the West every year, and they are a much stronger team going into this season. I'd take the likes of Brenden Morrow, Brad Richards, Jere Lehtinen, and even Marty Turco over anyone in San Jose (besides maybe Joe T, but his playoff play is questionable). Also, who knows what Fabian Brunnstrom is going to bring to this team? A full year out of Richards who is looking to bounce back after a mediocre season will be huge. Also, if I remember correctly, Sean Avery would have been the "difference maker" against us I'm also a big fan of Philippe Boucher, hopefully for Dallas he can stay healthy after only playing 38 games last season.
