What the F is up with the high-def feed on U-verse

If anyone else here has U-Verse, last night the feed on regular FSN was Ken and Mick, but when you switched over to the HD channel... FS Blue Jackets?!?! WHY THE HELL are we getting Columbus' HD feed here in Detroit????? I know they had to be taping in HD on FSN-Detroit... I was stuck watching VS HD feed and missing Ken and Mick, because I'd rather have VS announcers than the homers on Columbus' feed

yep, same for me.

on the one hand it sucked but on the other it can be fun to listen to opponents broadcasters when the wheels start coming off.

amazing how perspectives differ depending on who the announcers want to win.

Do you normally get the HD feed from FSD? Maybe they had an issue with the Detroit feed, so they went with the Columbus feed, so you would have an HD option. I am surprised you could see Versus, normally it would be blacked out, if local television was available. I had no issues with the FSD HD feed on Comcast.

U-verse and IPTV isn't exactly a well grounded technology the way coax and fiber are, so glitches like this should be expected every now and then. From what I understand many people who have Versus HD (like myself) got the usual 4:3-like centered box for most of the game. *shrugs*

Hopefully the kinks are worked out next game.

TBH Versus doesnt have bad coverage, just not quite as good as ken and mick
