Guest MrSandMan Report post Posted May 4, 2009 I too had a bad feeling about that interview. ugh! However, now that I am looking at the big picture, and what matters is winning 3 more games; Detroit has the advantage. I think the Triple OT works in our favor; Ducks 'skilled' players are going to be EXHAUSTED down the stretch, while Babcock rolls 4 solid lines (and fresh legs coming back--soon--in Ralfi and Drapes). We're tied 1-1, and this series is in Detroits favor. The triple OT is the worse thing for the Ducks and their single line... we took a loss for a bigger cause yesterday. I'm feeling really good about this! Ducks are excited because they took away our home ice advantage, but I think they are quick to forget how good we are on road and how unimpressive they are at home. It's always fun winning on road ice because it is a huge upset for their fans... I really enjoy the Red Wings embarrassing teams in their "house"
