And while it is a great accomplishment to come out of the tougher Western Conference and go all the way to game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals, the fact is that the Red Wings LOST and were ELIMINATED by the Pittsburgh Penguins. This cannot be overlooked. Personnel changes MUST be made. And while Babs is 1-2 in the SCF, he isn't going anywhere. More players like Darren Helm are needed. Steadier defense and players that do NOT turn the puck over are required. Hossa's 7.65 million-dollar salary will help sign some REAL playoff-caliber players who can accomplish this goal. Go Wings!
