Huet is our starter, and Aebisher is free next year. Souray is free next year and would like to get closer to his daughter, so he will also probably leave. We would really loose Ryder, but we have good depth on the right wing. And to get Lang & Schneider, this isn't really a rape... Look at the lineup ! Samsonnov, Lang, Kovalev Higgins, Koivu, Kostitsyn Perezhogin, Plekanec, Johnson Murray, Bonk, Begin Markov, Komisarek Schneider, Rivet Bouillon Dandenault I would rather see Datsyuk over Lang, but It would cost a little more and I don't think you will part with him...

Hi, I'm from Montreal too. I wouldn't mind parting with Ryder for the good offer, and that might just be Datsyuk... He might only be 5'11'', but he would fit right in between Samsonnov and Kovalev, way better than Lang would, and for way longer... Ryder is good for 35 goals next season, he was supposedly injured last season throwing in 30... But we have good depth @ right wing, with Kovalev, Ryder, Perezhogin, Johnson and Kostitsyn. And we would be interested in replacing Souray by Schneider too... You guys are looking for a starter goalie ? How about a huge blockbuster trade: Souray, Ryder, Aebisher, 2nd round pick vs Datsyuk and Schneider ? You save 1,1M in cap room and get 3 (young) players for 2 and fill in 3 needs...

Too bad Zednick was traded today, we were sooo close to a deal you and I... Ok, what about Aebisher for Lang, straight like that. He juste signed for 1,9M. Goalers get better around 30. Lang won't get better... You save 1,9M. I would also trade Ryder for Holstrom, straight like that. 30 goals and was injured. Asks 2,5, team offers 2M, will probably sign for 2,25M. Talented RW that shoots right. Forget about Komisarek, not available, nor is Bouillon or Murray. We keep our grit.

You guys know Lang is overpaid, you won't get much more than Aebisher or Zednik on a 1 vs 1 trade... both are worth 2M. Zednik is not as bad as is stats show. He's been forced to play on the left since the eclosion of Ryder and the arrival of Kovalev... And he doesn't like it either, that is why he is on the market. We have a lot of right wingers available, Zednik, Ryder, Perezhogin, and then there are some more almost ready in the AHL... (Kostitsyn). For Ryder, you would sure have to let go of Holmstrom... Almost same production, good deal ! But we will give you Zednik, how about that ? Ryder, Zednik, Aebisher vs Lang & Holmstrom

Ryder scored 30 goals and says he was hurt most of the year. Souray is an offensive minded top 4 defenceman, good format. Aebisher is a #1 goalie. All of this for Lang ? and draft picks ? And you boost your mass up 3M ? (Ryder will get 2,25M, Souray makes 2,5M & Aebisher will sign for 2M) Lang & Holmstrom for Ryder & Aebisher... And you save money too...

I would see Zednik, Aebisher, Souray & Perezhogin for Lang, Schneider & Holmstrom.
