Maybe the Sens can win 3 straight!! ???

My quick 2 cents: Pronger is a definite disgrace to the game of Hockey (Just see my new avatar) I don't know if I can follow this thread all the way to calling the Ducks a disgrace. I think the Referees are the real problem. The current state of the league allows teams to reach the point the Ducks are at now. Just my opinion.

Just another small reminder of how much I hate this guy.............

On any given Red Wings Gameday, you can be found spending approximately 30 minutes in your closet debating which Red Wings Jersey you should wear.

Here's my take on the whole "enforcer" issue. Sure, Pronger cheapshotted Homer. But Homer bounced right back after getting stitches and got an assist in that game right? After scoring twice before the hit. That is how the Wings "enforce". I like it.....

I think Giggles would do really well here on the Wings, but I have to agree with everybody else that is mentioning what we would have to give up ($$$) to get him. I mean, with the salary cap, we need to focus on players that can work for the long term. I have to say that I believe that our long term is going to be Osgood and Howard. Next year Hasek might come back (I'd love to see that), then after next season bring Howard up. If Hasek goes out with a injury part way through the season, then we bring up Howard then. It is the plan I originally thought we would have to use this season, but Hasek kinda showed that up. I think we are set in goal right now. Hasek-Osgood-Howard-Liv as the foodchain makes me feel quite good for the time being. How about we take the money we would have spent on Giggles and go pick up some more forwards (snipers, strength, etc.). So, in a not-so-short post, I declare, "SAY NO TO GIGUERE!!"

I did that once. It was a late night game, and I was posting in the GDT. I woke up around 3AM - the game was over, and we won!!
