My prediction as a Wings fan: Wings in 5 games. Dropping one on the road and finishing it at home. My wife's prediction as a Flames fan: Flames in 4. Kipper sweeps. I think mine is more likely. Kipper is slacking lately.

Welcome all Flames fans! I have to tell you all, my wife is joining you in your hopes. She was so excited when the Flames got that eigth spot. she has been telling me all day how the Wings aren't going to make it past the first round. Either way, someone here in my house isn't going to be happy after the first round. I am hoping for a good clean series, and of course for a decisive win by the Wings!!!

I'd love to see him with a winged wheel on his jersey. He used to play for the minor league ECHL team that played where I used to live, the Mississippi Sea Wolves, and I have thought him a fabulous player since then. I think he would makea great addition to the Wings. Resigning Bert and Calder should be a priority though!!

I say neither team will win. The Philladelphia Flyers will drop from the celing and kick everyone's butts forcing the NHL to give them the 8th spot in the Playoffs. Wait - no........................................ :) I say the Leafs will win.
