Are the Wings just playing THAT bad tonight? I am catching the game on TV out of Columbus and am really hoping the Wings can do something in the third.

With the huge points lead that the Wings currently have on the rest of the league, I was trying to do some math. I, without success, was trying to figure out how many wins the Wings needed to clinch a spot in the playoffs, then clinch the division, conference, and league (President's Trophy) titles. Can someone help me with this??

Thanks everyone for the cconirmation on those. I got all those numbers when I did it, but I didn't think that I had done it right. I know that the other teams will win some and lose some, thus making those numbers quite flexible.

I'm saying the Wings will win tonight. Gabby kinda scares me though. He is fast and very good offensively. But I'm sure Lids and the rest of the blueline will shut him down!!! Wings win 3-1. Or at least that is my thought!!

It is so depressing to have to catch my Red Wings fix by catching scores on my Cell Phone, or just reviewing scores on the Internet at other people's houses. (We do not have internet at my house, hopefully we will soon). Great game tonight for the Wings. Happy to see that Dom got the "W" on his first game back. It may be because I don't catch much news, but it seems like the Wings are skating pretty well at the top of the league. Has it been as easy for them as it has looked like to someone who isn't getting much more than scores??? Great Game boys!!! Keep it up!!!
