******* unbelievable that we are not winning right now. There NEEDS to be a challenge system, or those plays at least need to be reviewable. I'm sick of these "reputation" calls. STUPID.

Columbus again? Oh god. We never play well in Columbus. And this probably means I'll have to listen to the Jackets' commentators on Center Ice. FML.

I give the guy a ton of credit, he has been one of our beter players in the past few weeks. All this time we wondered what Babcock saw in him and he's finally starting to show what he's capable of. He's earned himself a roster spot in the playoffs (if he wasn't already going to get one).

Good win, great game by Ozzie. Let's hope he can string a few more good games together.

That was disgusting. I don't know what to say. Conklin couldn't make a save for his life in the last 5 minutes + OT/SO. At least we saved a point? f***. So frustrating. When will this team learn?

Calgary goons it up to start the game...some things never change. Even if the Wings do get the benefit of the doubt on a lot of calls (which they don't, because that's stupid), you can't deny that MOST of the things the Flames have done tonight have been deserving of a penalty. I think it was good on the ref to penalize Calgary after the whistles in the first because they were the ones starting the scrums in front of the net. The Phaneuf penalty should not have been 5 minutes, but I thought it was a lot worse at full speed too. Easy mistake for the ref to make. One thing I don't understand is how Regehr can cross check Holmstrom 50 times tonight but Holmstrom gives him a little shove and gets a penalty. Obviously I won't complain about the officiating but that makes no sense to me. Anyways, good game for us so far. Datsyuk really wants to score, you can tell. He's had some great chances but is just snakebitten. Also, the number one reason I want first place in the West: so we don't have to face KIPPER in the semi's. The man's standing on his head.

God that game was boring, but good to get the win.

Great period to watch, aside from Hossa. It was nice to see Kopy get one for his buddy. Feels like a playoff game.

Well Saturday is my go out and do something night so I missed this one. Ummm....wow. Kind of disheartening, every time it seems we've turned a corner we hit another roadblock. Hopefully this will be a learning experience.

Stuart has looked great these past two games. Also, Leino is awesome. Let's keep it up for the 3rd.

I'm pretty sure I've missed every game against the Sharks this year and I'm working tonight. Give me something good to come home to Wings!

Anyone who watches the Leafs regularly knew that this was a predictable finish, haha. I called Sundin for the shootout winner before the third period.

The best part was the move he made to get free.

I used to be on the bashing Sammy bandwagon, I have to admit. But he has been great in the past two seasons and he's an important part of the team. There are few players of his quality that we could get for the salary that he makes. I'd like to see him back next year, if at all possible.

I like them, generally. Columbus definitely has the worst commentators in the league. I dread the games with Columbus because for some reason, Centre Ice always uses the Columbus feed. I also hate Boston's commentators, they're huge homers.

Disappointed I had to miss this game but it's awesome that we got the win. Way to stick it to your old team, Hossa and Conklin. I keep hearing about how the Wings always turn it on in the last 30 games of the season....so far, so good.

It just wouldn't be a true Detroit/Phoenix game if it didn't involve Wayne bitching at the refs. It's hilarious.

My adivce: rest our players that aare playing injured, get healthy, and gear up for the playoffs. I wouldn't mind seeing Kopecky or Filppula gone at the deadline though.

Some defensive breakdowns cost us this one. Can't blame Conklin, he played well although he'd probably like the third goal back. Abdelkader (Man, it's gonna take me awhile to get that name down) and Leino looked really good tonight. It was nice to see someone in the lineup who actually threw some hits. I can't wait till some of these young guys are playing regularly.

Wow, sounds like we got screwed. Glad I missed a frustrating loss.

Good effort, not too many teams will win without their three best players. Let's hope this lost point won't mean anything in 3 months.
