In your opninion what should happen? I think the play deserves a fine. A player is just as resbonsible for his skate as he is his stick. While I think it was an accident, he was in complete control of the situation. This is different, then say him getting checked in front of the net, falling, and the skate coming up. He made a reckless descision to lift his leg up in the crease to avoid contact.

Not only is there diving, there are players just falling all over the place on their own. Hard to ref a game when the ice is crap they are playing on.

Sorry babcock a lot of this falls on you. Notice how the other team takes a timeout when the wings score quick goals. The second it was 4-3 he needed to calm this team down and slow down the game. -

That quote can easily be taken out of context when left as It's easier to play the wings without Lidstrom. This is what the full quote was. You know what's good for the wings? They played like crap and only lost 2-1 Did anyway else notice a bunch of shots to Hiller's glove side? I don't care what the scouting report said. That is not going to work in the playoffs. -

I hate players like perry. It's not even the dirty part, it's just being completely careless on the ice. Reminds me of that matt cooke skate stomp earlier in the year. While it may have been an accident, it would never happen if he did not play so careless. Same thing tonight, why is he lifting his skate up in the crease like that?! -
