After this incident I don't think he will get the benefit of the doubt, if there is an injury on the play or not. He mocked the leagues decision, and the next time he does something border line he probably will be suspended. The one thing I really take from this incident is how great of captains we have been lucky to have. To think that a captain did this,is mind boggling. -

This league has some serious problems, when players/people are joking about this incident. After an event like that Weber has to say some sort of apology. To show you learned something from it, and to save your ass later on down the road. If I was a coach and a captain was joking about an incident like this, when he could have costed the team a game. I would strip the C right off his chest. You wear the C, act like it. -

Some wwe sign like Weber 3:16. That would be funny. Look at some wwe signs for examples. -

Z needs to post pictures of his cracked helmet so these nashville fans shut up. I still think even if he did post them preds fans would be saying they were photoshopped, or he took a hammer to his helmet. Or blame it on the helmet company, and say we need new helmets if that little force cracked it. -

"This play and the fine that addressed it will be significant factors in assessing any incidents involving Shea Weber throughout the remainder of the playoffs." He had a fine back in October on a hit, for $2,500. So does the history board get wiped clean at the start of the playoffs? Weber just put a target on his back for the rest of the playoffs. Players are going to see this play, and try to aggravate him. If he retaliates dirty in any form he could be sitting 1-2 games. I really hope the wings don't do anything dirty to pay him back. It could be seen as premeditated, and could get babcock in trouble also. -

http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=627504 there you go 2,500 fine -
“The score wasn’t flattering for us,'' Babcock said. “I thought we did lots of good things. It was kind of like the game that I expected. I didn’t think there would be much room for either team and I didn’t think there was.” “I would have liked to have won this game for sure, but I still thought we took a step as a team and that’s what matters to me.'' http://www.mlive.com/redwings/index.ssf/2012/03/revamped_predators_beat_red_wi.html I understand being positive after a loss, but to say that Edit: On a side not that picture in the article made me LOL

haha sorry that's kinda what I meant if he is so bad that you don't want to give him minutes, why play him? Hey but he did win 66% of his faceoffs
-
What is the point of having emmerton on this team if he is only getting 6 mins of playing time?
-
Fixed

I think the thing that is frustrating, is Babcock changing up the lines when they are losing, but in the next game, comes out with the same old. I hope against the panthers he starts the game with some mixing of the lines, but I highly doubt he will
-
He's a good coach, but I would not go that far.

Usually a bad sign when hudler scores haha we are usually down when he does
