Yep exactly, People also need to stop living in the past, yes Ozzie brought us some cups, but this is a different year, different season. Ozzie can't even play in a low pressure game this year, how do you expect him to play in a high pressure game. His head is screwed up right now, and I don't think he can take anymore pressure.

No kidding on the bolded part the wings make D's look silly and their goalie comes up with the save. The problem with Osgood is his positioning. People say Osgood has no chance that's because Osgood does not give himself a chance. On that second goal he came really far out of the net on a pass that was wide of the net, leaving the backdoor open.

I don't know maybe it's because Osgood has been consistently bad this year. Just a thought.

It really does not help that the NHL is focused more on offense then D. I would not say our D is playing that bad, but it's all turnovers. Sloppy passes across ice not paying attention to players in that area that can steal it. Last year they had a really good transition game, this year they are having trouble getting the puck up the ice at times. If they limit their turnovers they can fix their problems.

Remember when the wings had that long stretch of not being shut out. The wings right now are really hit or miss on the style of play and it has to stop. This is a preview of what can happen in the playoffs if we let off, and we hit a hot goal tender.

I think Howard has an NHL record of 1-5 now. Mick said he was 1-4 before the game unless I misheard him.

True but we should make the push to pass the sharks for home ice advantage through the west. The sharks are just that dangerous at home, and we suck in the shark tank.

I hope they make the 8th seed and San Jose get to play them first round. Minny can wear you down and a solid D can take you far in the playoffs. I really do not want to play them in the playoffs though.

What is his GAA in the AHL 2.5? If you are going to play in the NHL may want to lower that a bit.

I have noticed that too the sharks lose and the wings lose. We are always going to be 3 points away from them.

For a future prospect things are not looking good for Howard. Even though the D has been bad he gives up a lot of rebounds.
