I don't know if people here remember that he is just the 6th/7th defenseman on the team. What do you really expect?
-
He wasn't signed, he was given a camp tryout. There is a very big difference there...

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/244026-...ideshows#page/1 A certain 3 time cup champion is missing from the list....

"Merry" as in "Merry Christmas" or "Marry" as in "Will you marry me?"

I've always been a fan of the simplicity of Brodeur's mask

Nice attempt at being a smart ass, but spelling Briere as Griere is just as wrong as spelling Grier as Griere.
-
"verse" is not a form of the word "versus" they have very different meanings You have highlighted some interesting games though

So I was looking for a new pair of shoes online today...

So since the person that they pay a ton of money to as a spokesman wins the cup and they congratulate him, you boycott? A wee bit childish don't you think? -

Royal Oak is where it's at, without a doubt -
well I figure court ends at 5 pm the latest local time, figure in 3 hours for the time difference and 3 hours for the flight and that puts you at 11 pm, so it'll be close, but is doable.

He was in a courtroom during the day, he just has to be to Mellon Arena by 11ish to present the cup, I think he'll make it just fine.

It's gone to the losing team 5 times, 4 times to the goaltender (Roger Crozier and Glenn Hall are the two you are missing) and once to a forward, Reggie Leach If the Wings win then the only Penguin I see with a shot to win it would be Malkin. If the Pens win then, obviously, Malkin would get it barring Crosby taking over and willing the Pens to the two straight victories they need. I don't see a Wing being able to stake claim to a legitimate reason to break from tradition. If they really want to break from tradition though, they could give it to Ovechkin. I mean he is still in the Top 5 goal scorers in the post season and the Caps have been out for two rounds and without him, I don't know if the Caps get out of the first round.

They have a trophy for that, it's called the Stanley Cup.....

He is one of the greatest defenseman to ever play the game, how the f*** can you not spell his last name. L-I-D-S-T-R-O-M

From the AP Recap: Did they even watch the goal or maybe even a replay?
-
You look like Jim Leyland, but you already knew that

If Drapes doesn't play then we revert to the first 10 games of this post season.

Thanks for preaching. Welcome to playoff hockey. There isn't overjoy for seeing a guy get injured. There is overjoy for seeing our big hitter lay a big hit an a guy for forgetting something you are taught from peewee up. Keep your head up. Unfortunate that he got injured but it's his own damn fault for not keeping his head up. You can't tell me you wouldn't be stoked to see Campbell lay a hit on a Wing like he did Umberger a few years back. That is good old hockey. It just so happens that everyone is bigger, faster and stronger in today's game so there are more injuries. Don't like it, go play the piano.

Unless they played a 7 game series, which they didn't, I don't think it's safe to say either team is better than the other one.

There logo pays homage to the proud warriors of Native Americans. It means that they hope to have the same spirit and courage going to into the battle of a hockey game that those warriors did going into war. It in no way degrades an entire race of people. The Cleveland Indians logo on the other hand is quite degrading....

Not if she wants to find straight men

Glad you guys think I was trying to be a hardass. I was merely stating that I understand his love of speed and that it isn't a big deal.
