I left my dorm and the Preds were down 3-0 with 12 minutes left in the first. Then I hear they are in OT. Great win. That kinda reminds of the game back in 03-04 where the Wings were up 3-0 late in the third, and the Preds scored 4 times within the final 8 minutes to win the game.

The way Dallas is playing I wouldn't be suprised to see their name at the bottom. Out of the three, I'd pick Colorado. One, it renews the rivalry. Two, we've dominated them in recent years. And three, no goaltending.

Yeah I always thought Purinton was a pretty good fighter too. Who knows maybe Quincey can become a defensive version Lecavalier or Iginla: Great player, but will drop the gloves if necessary.

When I went to the Nashville game, I was really impressed with Meech. As a forward, he reminds me a little of Draper: great speed, plays physical. Who knows, he can turn out to be a great defensive forward when given the chance.

Great Win Tonight. Its important to end the season on a high note. In other games, Nashville beat Columbus 3-0 in a fight-filled game to get within a game of Colorado and Vancouver for the final spot. The Canucks are up 2-1 right now, a win would give them sole possession of 7th. San Jose and Phoenix are 0-0. Phoenix is still in the playoff hunt and San Jose has closed the gap on Detroit for the overall lead. Edmonton and Colorado are idle. Edmonton was all but out of the race a month ago, but they are in 10th, three points out of the final spot. Colorado currently holds the final spot.
